Have eaten here several times now and the food is so good! So much to choose from and huge portions at great prices. Highly recommend. Bar was very busy but was served quickly and with a smile. Will definitely eat there again

3rd time here as I just love there cauliflower cheese , it's the best I've ever eaten, the onion rings are spot on just so tasty and crispy just delicious. Hats off to the chef!! I am never disappointed when I eat here, the staff are friendly polite and always make you feel welcome. Will be returning very soon.

Stayed here whilst walking the Cotswold Way. The Inn is lovely, charming low ceilings, old features etc. The food was good and the outdoor areas allowed eating outside. Rooms were a bit daggy but clean. The best bit however was the staff, very friendly and thoughtful when we enquired about alternative walking routes. We preferred this type of accommodation to...

What a mistake we made by staying here. Firstly we booked in and shortly afterwards we commenced to the msin bar to have a meal only to be told by the person behind the bar that we could not eat here as all tables were booked however if we wanted we could come back later and they may accommodate us....

Returned again this time with a group celebrating birthdays. Thoroughly enjoyed my veggie dish and from the comments and food being served around me everyone else did too. I really like this pub for its decor and atmosphere as well. Location in Uley good to. Recommended.

We had lunch here whilst doing a walk in the area. It is a basic English pub, but the beers are good and we had a friendly welcome. Our lunch of bacon and brie baguettes was great and we had no room for the side of fries we ordered.

Unfortunately, if you are doping the Cotswold way, there are not many options to chose from. We ended up staying here for one night, what a terrible place. Small room, uncomfortable bed, miniature falling a part shower. The food was reasonable, one of the worst places we stayed in.

TripAdvisor has now moved the entry for The Old Crown into the section covering Uley (it previously appeared under Dursley, which is 3.5 miles away). This review deals with its offering as a pub; I have not stayed here so am unable to comment on the accommodation (which appears to attract most of the critical comments). It is opposite the...

All the negative reviews rolled into one truly describe what an awful place this is to stay. Summing it up I would describe it as a licenced dos house. I wasn't expecting luxury and wanted a basic clean room with a pub to enjoy a few drinks and a meal. First impressions when entering the bar were good. Lovely fire,...

We stopped here while walking the Cotswold Way and it was just about perfect. I was wary from other reviews but the staff, locals and guests were all really friendly. It was a lovely country pub atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The food was great and the local beer, as you would expect being so close to the...
