Stayed at Elms Farm cottages over New Year with my two brothers and all our families. All three cottages were very well equipped and spacious, especially Oak which we used as our central meeting point. The log burner was great to get a lovely atmosphere for drinks and family games. All cottages were clean and comfortable - overall very impressed....

We booked the Stables and Beech cottages which interlinked for a 4 night stay over New Year. The Stables is absolutely amazing and definitely lives up to its 5 star standard, we could not fault it. We had a lovely surprise on arrival with a welcome pack in each cottage and there were even logs ready for us to use...

We stayed in the stables over the Christmas holidays. It was luxuriously spacious, well equipped with a lovely welcome pack. Heating and lighting all included was excellent, a log burner with fuel provided was very atmospheric. Overall ten out of ten and we will at some point book again.

I can recommend Elms Farm Cottages for holiday accommodation. The cottage we stayed on was a home from home. Very well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The location is convenient for visiting local areas in Lincolnshire.

A party of five of us stayed in The Stables at the end of October and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage was beautifully well furnished and comfortable. It had under floor heating and a wood burner which was lovely in the evenings. The wet room was great. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The whole cottage was spotlessly clean and very...

The cottages are beautifully presented and ideal for any age group but Carol's attention to detail in making them unobtrusively accessible for those with disabilities is brilliant. Boston is a fascinating town full of history and trips to Wildlife Trust Gibraltar Point and Lincoln were highlights. Hope to return soon.

We were fortunate enough to find a late vacancy for a couple of days at Elms Farm, oh how I wish it could have been for longer. Booking was uncomplicated, soon realizing that we were dealing with a friendly family concern. We took my elderly parents and to their great joy elm cottage was so comfortable and from a mobility...

We had a great week staying at Elms Farm. Comfortable, clean cottages. Great bbq facilities. Beautiful welcome pack of food on our arrival. However, we had booked the cottage based on being able to go fishing, although once we arrived we were informed that the ponds were not fishable due to the amount of weed. Very disappointed. Ended up going...
