Recently found out that the guest house now has a restaurant and gave it a try for lunch on Monday. Lovely surroundings with a small well stocked bar and definitely the most comfortable dining chairs! Good and varied menu with well presented tasty and large portions and chips to die for! No vegetarian menu at the moment but they can...

Our first visit here to enjoy an early morning breakfast. Absolutely fabulous. A lovely cooked breakfast with very nice pot o coffee (2 cups full !) Nice and easy to drive in and park, very comfortable setting and relaxed atmosphere. We will be returning to try the Sunday lunch ! Many thanks, Lorraine and Norm are lovely people.

I've visited Fairfield house twice now and then times I have found the staff friendly, the venue nice and clean and grounds beautifully kept. I know they do a Sunday lunch too which I am yet to try but have heard good things. Another great little spot for Boston.

We needed a place to stay as a family for one night and saw Fairfield Guest House on Trip Advisor. I rang them the week before and managed to book a family room which consisted of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The strange thing when we booked is that no one took a contact number from me, despite mentioning it...

I went for an unannounced visit to book rooms. Very friendly welcome. Neat and tidy surrounding. Rooms were lovely and spacious. The price for bed and breakfast is very reasonable. I'm booking for our family reunion.

I stayed for 1 night as visiting an elderly relative in the nearby rest home with my mother. Found Lorraine & family to be very warm and friendly. I stayed in a room at the rear of the main house so generally quiet. Room was spacious and clean, with the most comfortable double bed in it. An en-suite bathroom and...

I've stayed in Boston many times and this is the best by far . The rooms are so nice and very clean and the staff are so friendly. So much room for car parking and it's easy reach to anywhere in Boston. Thank you for my stay.

Stayed overnight in the rooms at the rear of the main house. Owner is exactly as she sounds on the phone, warm, helpful, friendly. Our rooms were identical, our bathroom appeared to be being renovated, tiles mostly on, light above sink needing attention. Surprisingly comfortable bed, and quiet so sleep virtually guaranteed! Will definitely book again.

Just had a one night stay. Lovely place. Stayed in room 19 in the new block. Amazing sized room with double in main area then two separate bedrooms as well, catering for a family of 5. So nice to be able to find a place that us and the kids can fit comfortably into and such value for money. Will...
