Dog welcome, which is a plus also the décor and the feel of the place was very welcoming. Plenty of choice for food, and when I ordered wrong in error, they were happy to change my choice free of charge. Only visited for lunch though...More

Had dinner here one night whilst staying in a local cottage. Tried to book but they don't take bookings for non residents which meant we couldn't eat in the very nice bar which was full, so ate in the restaurant which was also a lovely...More

We stay (Golf Society) over the Road, in the Hope and Anchor, but attend the Sun Pie night and their Quiz Night/Curry night Wednesday and Thursday. Landlord runs a good pub, with friendly staff and the food is the usual Northumberland 'Plenty'..basic food but well...More

no the building is a traditional pub in the middle of town so located next to other buildings. ..Street parking only.

Yes but they are a little touchy if the dogs are in the bar
