The atmosphere never dissapoints. The food is very good but the prices are a bit high £100 for two for two couses and a modest bottle of wine.
However it remains one of the nicest pubs I have ever found.
We came here especially for our anniversary (drove from Rugby) as visited here a few years ago.

Absolutely lovely, great attention to detail from proper milk for making tea in the room, to Bloody Mary kit with the breakfast. We didn't have dinner but breakfast was perfect.

Very comfortable and tasteful duplex room in converted barn in complete tranquillity in middle of Fonthill estate, about a mile from the Beckford Arms itself, a great country gastro pub with really good food in particulalrly attractive countryside.
We stayed one-night during a UK road trip and loved it. We had a wonderful room with a garden view, a large bathroom with a bathtub also overlooking the beautiful garden.
