Very convenient stop over near the A75 after a long drive towards the ferry port at Cairnryan. Excellent private parking with easy access for van and trailer. A friendly greeting by Basil and Sue upon arrival, and a fresh pot of tea set out. The house is characterful on the outside, with a delightful garden and lovely conservatory. The interior...

Comfortable room, everything immaculate. A spacious sun-room for the use of guests, with Sue and Basil, our hosts, extremely hospitable and full of helpful information. Add to this breakfasts of quite exceptional quality, with delicious touches like home-cured bacon and home-made marmalade, and you have bed and breakfast accommodation that would be hard to beat under any circumstances.

I am always cautious on grading high on my reviews, leaving room to mark higher when I find better. Even with this in mind I am compelled to say this is the best B and B I have found, cannot find fault. Bas and Sue do a wonderful job in making you feel welcome and spoiled. The property has been...

Very friendly welcome and Sue gave us fresh coffee and biscuits which made us feel at home straight away. Spotless throughout and great attention to detail, such as fresh milk in your room instead of UHT - what a treat. And breakfast was superb, offering local produce and home made foods. Our lasting memory is of a warm and attentive...
