Good- young girl was friendly. Fish and chips good. Bad - gentleman with short cropped grey hair so rude. Steak pie pie beyond vile. We were stuck in a back room on our own . Table sticky, chairs about to fall to bits. Zilch customer service. There was absolutely no hospitality - will never ever return

We would not go back. The service from the staff was terrible. The only saving grace was the pizza we ate was nice and so compliments to the chef. Apart from that though it's not worth it due to the bad reception you get from the waiters and waitresses.

Potentially the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. Sold an £140 room without a WINDOW. Flagged to staff - the response was “yeah so?” Genuinely. Room and separate bathroom were disgusting. No hairdryer or kettle in the room. The bar downstairs was open until 2am so thanks to the window situation we got no sleep. As Ullapool was fully booked we had no choice but to stay, can honestly say the facilities were better when wild camping the day before!!! Flagged again about how diabolical this room was at checkout and was told the owner would call me. That was 9 days ago. Honestly just don’t waste your money it’s not worth it. Ran by the worst group of staff who genuinely don’t care about anything.

We popped in for a drink but they were unable to provide our first choice of drinks. The bar man was very courteous and helpful and tried to offer other choices but we only ever drink one drink and are able to find it in most bars. But if a shame, won’t be going back.
