Warm welcome, fabulous breakfast, cleverly and artistically styled room and lounge/dining area that felt inviting and relaxed. Attention to detail everywhere. Great location and very handy laundry nearby (opposite supermarket).

Excellent B&B, would certainly recommend. Facilities (and breakfast) are to a very high standard, and the welcome is top notch. Located a few streets up from the front, so outside noise is not intrusive. Some off-street parking is available, but if that is full, there are no restrictions on parking on the road.

Westlea house is the best B&B we have ever stayed in! The room was clean, comfortable, stylish-perfect. Everything is fabulous really! There is a cosy comfortable residents lounge with an aga log burner which our host, Terry, was more than happy to light to warm a chilly Scottish evening. The breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was just second to none... More

Perfect location walkable to everything in Ullapool. Really lovely accommodation and hosts. Our room "Munro" was decorating in a modern but cozy style that we'd love to adopt in our own spaces at home. Lovely little touches throughout the room and stunning views to the mountains from the windows. Very highly recommended!

Wave goodbye to boring and bland - this is what all B&Bs should be like. I stayed one night with a friend doing the North Coast 500. I would very much like to come back some point for a weekend break with my wife.

We arrived on a cold and rainy day - much like every day in Scotland! Hotel is easy walking to everything. From the outside it is an unassuming building in a neighborhood. Inside, it is an updated, cute, clean, cozy haven. Pictures already posted do it justice. Staff were super friendly and engaging. I loved the room layout. Everything modern.... More

You are welcomed to Westlea House with a nice hot cup of coffee/ tea and the nicest shortbread I have ever eaten. The rooms are beautiful, and finished to a very high spec. Breakfast was substantial. Would love to go back .

Ullapool is a great place to stay while touring the Highlands, and Westlea Guest House was one of our top B & Bs during our two-week swing through Scotland. It is spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, and Shirley and Terry were personable and warm. Highly recommended!
