Rang to book an anniversary break for two nights. The girl on booking was so rude and abrupt, her attitude was appalling. Rang St Brides Saundersfoot and they could have been more helpful. Awful service

Spoilt ourselves with a ground floor room with a sitting area and balcony, great decision. A busy, buzzing hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast next morning was excellent, you really can’t beat a help yourself breakfast buffet. Views from our room were stunning, watching the sunset was fab. Room was clean and had everything we needed including a fridge for fresh milk and chilled drinks. Only downside...one night here definitely wasn’t enough. The Cliff Hotel....5 stars from us well done and well deserved.

Had not been to The Cliff for a long time . It had always been a friendly hotel in a superb location but the additions , alterations has created a fabulous hotel . Only had a standard room but good ( slight moan mattresses too soft ) but otherwise good . The restaurant is good - enjoyed both evening meals and breakfast . Spectacular sunsets on both nights . Very friendly efficient staff will certainly visit again

2nd stop on my road trip and this hotel is fantastic. Location and views of the coast are absolutely amazing. Lots of parking and check in was quick, I stayed in room 114 and views of sea were wonderful, double and single beds and a sofa, 2 tv’s were fine, bathroom was a little cramped for me, no mobile phone reception in my room but wi-fi was good. Food for dinner and breakfast was 1st class. Underground spa with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was safe, clean and relaxing. Staff throughout hotel were friendly. This is one of nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and highly recommend it to everyone.

We booked for a night and had a lovely stay. A spacious modern room with decent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when our five month old was being a nuisance. The position and views are stunning and the terrace is a fabulous place to sit and enjoy. I would recommend.
