I had my 3rd short stay here last week and as usual was very comfortable. Its situation is perfect as it is away from but still only a short walk to the town. The breakfasts are always good with plenty to fill you up and keep you going for the day. I also had an evening meal on the first...

Having retired to Barmouth recently we were recommended to try the Min- y- Mor for Sunday lunch. We now go on a regular basis and try to book into the Bistro Room which is small but well presented and overlooks the beach. The food is excellent, and always looks like it is freshly prepared, the meat being locally sourced. We like...

A very friendly hotel On the promenade in Barmouth with its own bar, garden and something lots of other hotels in Barmouth don't have, parking. Very reasonably priced, does an excellent breakfast. They have live music occasionally in the bar and a great atmosphere.

The venue was perfect for a wedding, even in February, The hotel was lovely and the staff were brilliant, friendly and very welcoming, The hotel could not have been in a better position overlooking the beach, We spent three nights there and had no complaints, It was reasonable and well worth the price we paid for the accomadation and the...

Delicious, full plate of meat and fresh veg. And where else do you get beef gravy and lamb gravy to suit the meats ? Always the same standard. Some very good competition in Barmouth but the Min-y-Mor is the stand-out.

Had a weekend here with friends who had a couple of small dogs. We had a lovely room (no.2) with side sea view saying that, it was not very private as large window looked directly onto property next door. The hotel is directly in front of the beach so ideal for walking your dogs. The hotel does cater for dog...

Thanks for your review. I'm glad you and your dogs enjoyed staying with us and hope you will come again if you are ever in the area. As well as our bar and small Bistro we have a large restaurant that seats 80 plus. These are the only areas that are not dog friendly. Thanks Faith atkins

Our 2nd visit to the Min y Mor with our two dogs🐶. Nothing was too much trouble we were accommodated with a bigger room as our dogs are greyhounds and take up a lot of room! Ate in the lounge with the dogs as one of them is not good on tiled/wooden floors. Staff all friendly and helpful. Met some...

We have been coming here for years because it welcomes pets with open arms. This stay was an overnighter at twixmas. Staff were friendly at check in and we were given a refurbished room towards the back of the hotel. It was scrupulously clean and fresh. The decor was lovely and modern and the bathroom had a nice big new...

We stayed here because there was a family celebration here and a special room rate had been agreed. This hotel has its good and bad points. On the good side: The reason for the visit - the celebration - was catered for superbly with some of the best buffet food we have ever had. The little residents' lounge was beautifully...

Thanks for taking the time to review us. I'm glad you enjoyed the buffet (our chef does take pride in catering for special events) in our Bistro and lounge area. As we only have a small kitchen team and prepare everything from scratch on Sundays we only provide Sunday lunches but as well as the usual choices there is also...
