Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you have had a disappointing experience with an online booking system. You booked via a third party online booking system that charges per room, not for per person. We have no control over this, their system is not flexible. The room capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children. You booked...

Beautiful big family room overlooking the sea. We were warm and comfortable during a chilly March weekend, and made very welcome by the owners, who were very accommodating of our young children. We felt very much at home. It was nice to be right by the sea, and only a short walk to the centre of town.

Stayed here for 2 nights over Easter weekend. We were in room 2, which had double bed, en suite bathroom, freeview tv, coffee & tea facilities and even a fridge. Room was spacious and very clean. This room doesn't have a sea view however that didn't bother us. The owners were very pleasant, we didn't have the breakfast so can't...

I wasn't expecting a great deal, for some reason but what a pleasant surprise this was. Parking outside the door, sea view, 4 poster bed, fabulous hosts, excellent breakfast (without being forced to have a cooked breakfast) From check-in to check-out it was a wonderful experience. My one quibble was the steepness of the stairs up to the 2nd floor,...

We chose this place because of the price, location and sea view and we was not disappointed! A fantastic room with a four poster bed, nice large freeview TV and plenty of space but the best part of the room was the two seater couch perfectly positioned in the window bay to watch the sun going down(priceless) The breakfast of...

A charming building. Very friendly and helpful owners who are always on hand to answer any questions who also gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We stayed in room 6 on the 3rd floor which was well equipped and had stunning see views. The beach is right opposite the guest house with several pubs nearby. There is also a...

This guest house / B & B is ideally located , walking distance town , across road from Beach. It is family run and friendly. However the house is tired and would benefit greatly from updating and renewing items. It was fit for my purpose as I just needed a base for some travelling around. whilst this needs updating it...
