We cannot find anything negative to say about our stay in this interesting property. The welcome was warm, and nothing was too much trouble for our lively and very friendly owner. Even our fellow guests were good company! The room was warm, and kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay. There was a plentiful of hot water from a...

We found June the owner made us feel extremely welcome and relaxed. When we visited the weather was -18C and June went to great lengths to ensure we were warm enough - even putting hot water bottles in our bed. The room was lovely and very clean and breakfast a delight. Highly recommend a stay here.

June is a great host, putting the guest first every time. I arrived early before the rest of my group and I was welcomed and made to feel like one of the family. I shared with two other blokes in the ground floor room which was warm and clean and was suitable for wheel chair users. Food was first rate....

A lovely restored building with fantastic rooms, good value for money. Hosts are very welcoming and rooms are very, very clean. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst competing in the Cambrian Motorbike Rally, the start was just half an hour down the road. The breakfast was just what I needed to set me up for the day, great local produce...

I have to start with breakfast - June makes great breakfasts, from the fresh-fruit salad to the traditional bacon, egg, mushroom, etc. its great food expertly prepared. The building itself is unusual - it was converted from a former church hall and from the outside that is apparent but not from the accommodation which has spacious light rooms comfortably appointed....
