Awesome scenic venue for a wedding. Ceremony set in a beautifully decorated room and hosted in a relaxed manor. Wedding breakfast served in a timely way and the food was exquisite. Service great. Evening setting left room for guests to mingle, dance and be merry. Couldn't fault the day or evening.

Pros: Easy drive to Pen y Fan. Good evening meal and breakfast (order from the menu as the buffet hot food looked quite undercooked). Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Cons: Loud disco music from wedding party clearly heard in our bedroom til about midnight. Rooms were too warm with no way of cooling them apart from a very dusty fan on...

Thank you for the good rating, we are sorry about the music and we always try and ensure that guests who are not with the wedding party are as far away as possible to avoid the noise. We have taken your views on board about the 'good' room. we do hope you try us again in the future.

Called in for Sunday lunch 18 sept. Very quiet , friendly staff showed us to a table straight away. It appears new staff were undergoing training at the time. The menu looked good we ordered the Sunday lunch and the lamb was beautiful but a poor selection of vegetables and not really enough for two people. The food could have...

A friendly welcome, good food and comfortable bed - what more could you want? And the views are amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Staying here felt like staying with friends in the country, homely and comfortable.

Stayed for one night and were greeted at reception by a very friendly and cheerful young lady. We had booked an Executive Room and she happily informed us that we had been given an upgrade to a Suite!! ( no 23). This was at the front/side of the house with great views of the countryside. Crickhowell was nice to walk...

Stayed at the Manor Hotel in early August 2016. Lovely location just outside Crickhowell, on our first visit to Wales. We stayed in one of the 'best' rooms in the old Georgian part of the hotel (room 12). Had a stunning view of the valley out the bedroom window. Room was clean, tidy, spacious - all the things you'd expect...

Popped in for afternoon tea after a day in the Beacons. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, if a little pricey, at £9. I highly recommend it. The scone was lovely, too. A little crispy, but possibly because it had been warm and I'd left it a while. Always nice to have clotted cream rather than whipped, as happens in...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your visit. We also agree clotted cream is best served with a freshly made scone. The price of the pulled pork sandwich is something we could look into.

We held my daughters wedding at The Manor last week, & had an amazing time. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The venue was dressed exactly as my daughter had wanted, and the food was excellent. Almost all of the guests stayed for a few days, great accommodation, wonderful views. Would highly recommend
