Stayed for two nights with family, rooms were good, ours was small but functional, the family room was really great with a small balcony, with castle view! The staff were all very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast local produce, very good quality. Dinner was fantastic on both nights, the child's menu was far better than most, homemade with fresh produce, and...

Stayed at the dragon inn for one night mid week the room was very clean with en-suite bathroom only thing was that whoever fitted the bathroom mirror must have been tall. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant that night with a good selection on the menu, there was a good choice of either continental or cooked breakfast.

We visited the Dragon Hotel for a special family birthday meal, from the time we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was to much trouble for our waiter whose name was Tom, he was lovely and friendly. The food was excellent, I recommend the cheesecake!

Short review this one. Walked in without booking as we made a last minute decision to eat out. Restaurant was fully but we were squeezed in. Good food, good prices, good service. No complaints. Recommend.

Just been to the Brecons for a walking weekend and stayed at The Dragon Inn. We received a really warm and friendly welcome, the service was excellent and the staff could not be more friendly. Excellent food, including real tea and lovely refurbished rooms made for a great weekend. Will definitely be back.

We booked a private room off the reception area for 24 of us for a joint 60th meal. The staff looked after us extremely well including last minute wine orders and we and our guests had a great time. We had been asked to choose startet and main items from the menu in advance which was reasonable enough, to make...

We decided to book a table at the Dragon Inn for our last night of our holiday. The restaurant is lovely the ambience spot on. Food was fantastic (I had the sea bass and my husband had venison, our little girl had chicken nuggets (great children's selection on the menu by the way) - no complaints with the food whatsoever)....

Went to eat here on a Tuesday evening which is currently being promoted as 'Curry Night'. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and were shown to our table. All four of us chose the curry although there was also a regular full menu available as well.We also had the choice of having the curries made hotter if we...

We went to the Dragon Inn on a quiet night, and were blown away by the lovely experience we had. The food was all very high quality, the menu was interesting and varied (my wife Butternut squash and bean pie on a base of mashed potato and spinach, and I had a red-pepper based dish in lasagna layers - and...
