one of the 5*hotels of Shiraz in downtown. but i have some problems with this hotel: -although this hotel is 5* but its building is a little old -parking of the hotel is inside the hotels and if you seat in the lobby you see cars and its not an appropriate scene. -the price of this hotel is higher than... The lobby of this hotel is welcoming, as is the staff. This former Intercontinental hotel furniture felt very Western. However, my room had major issues with mold and mildew. I couldn't tell if it came from the carpet or the A/C. I couldn't turn down the A/C, - because even set at "low," it blasted the room. When the housekeepers... More

My twin room for single occupancy was very big, clean and comfortable with table, two comfortable easy chairs and desk. Tea and coffee facilities supplied, unusual in other Iranian hotels in my experience, and complementary bottled water. View across town to mountains from higher rooms, very large and comfortable reception lounge areas for meeting. Lovely garden to stroll in. The... More

I always travel in any place and countries and stay in hotels but this hotel is a very unique hotel, so big and wide like you are in your own villa with farm, trees, and all leafy green gardens, so nice, romantic and classic. i love this pace shiraz near in all tourist spots and cultural sites.

Lobby was big. Room was standard size with kettle and sachets of coffee and tea. Service was prompt - we asked for an additional blanket and the housekeeper didn't understand what we were after so she came with a manager who broke down the language barrier and got us our blanket. Breakfast was good with made-to-order omelettes, also be sure... More

We were on a supposed "luxury" tour and had looked forward to our hotel in Shiraz. The rooms they put us in (only two of us so no big group) had awful mold in the bathtub grout, a stained bedspread, dirty bathroom floor, no reception on the TV (and no international channels despite their claims). Few of the staff except... More

If you're exhausted after a long trip to Iran and this is your first hotel, you'll be relieved and grateful for its amenities. Wonderful airy public spaces, stunning carpets in the shop, beautiful cool garden. Good array of breakfast food, though service can be a bit haphazard. Excellent local specialties in the garden restaurant in the evenings. WIfi good connectivity.... More

Well this is not a 5 star hotel but very close. I downgraded it because the internet though free runs very haphazardly. I was given maybe a total of 5 different codes. The problem is that most times the internet doesn't hold and you must log in every time. The rooms are a decent sized and clean. The back yard... More

Not far from most of the things you need to see. Common areas, reception, restaurant etc has had a major refit at some stage. The rooms, not so. They are a bit tired looking and haven't been upgraded since the 80's. Staff speak good english, service is good, internet is a reasonable speed. Hotel may be 5 star but the... More
