The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and cheerful despite the challenges that any motel face in today's disease pandemic times. They had the additional challenge of having to deal with a bunch of male tweener hockey players running up and down the halls under the inadequate supervision of their coaches. Unfortunately, this happens a lot, but I have to say that the staff kept right on top of this and finally got them into their rooms and out of the halls. People: halls are not public meeting areas. It sucks that the motel doesn't have a lobby and that you had a lot of time to kill between your games, but having loud meetings outside other guests' rooms is not cool. This is not just kids, by the way. Many times during my travels I've had to deal with adults having discussions right outside my door, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning. Thank you so much to the staff for shutting down the festivities. It's a thankless job. My wife and I had a 16 hour drive ahead of us with a 4 am departure so enforcing quiet hours after a reasonable 10 pm was very important to us. As for the rest of the facility, it was clean and our room was particularly nice without that musty smell that often accompanies some places. It was obvious that the cleaning standards were very high and I have stayed in a lot of hotels! The bed was comfortable, the AC was strong but quiet and we had a good sleep after all!

Definitely one of the nicer chain hotels I've stayed in. Very clean room and comfortable bed, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was that the air conditioner was very noisy, but thats still better than over heating.

Towels were full of lint we were like we rolled in beads of styrofoam. Told the person at the desk they weren’t concerned at all . The hotel was in a clean shape and seemed to be refurbished. Won’t be staying there anytime soon.
