Adrian's is located on a nice, roomy, family friendly courtyard property that is on the beachfront of beautiful Beach Area 3 Park, the longest fresh water beach in the world. It's a 30 second walk through the park to the beach, there is no busy road to cross and you can see the water from our property.All of our accommodations are immaculately clean and well maintained. We have 7 cottages, 4 condos (4plex building with decks)and a beach house on the property that we reserve weekly, exclusively to families during the months of July & August. We welcome after prom celebrations, stags and other celebrations short stays in the spring and fall.
What a lovely very clean well kept place to stay. 50 years I've been staying up at Wasaga and never stayed in a nicer cottage. Always freshly painted right down to the detail with every thoughtful item needed to make your stay pleasant in every way. I would never stay anywhere else. Great kitchen, flat screen tv etc.. Stayed with friend at one of the apartments. It was clean and spacious place. Walking distance from the beach and Mr.Norm's Nephew's ice cream. The place is less then 10 min drive from Starbucks and Superstore. There were commonly used appliances available in the kitchen and sofas were big enough to fit 7 comfortably! Really enjoyed my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a wonderful weekend getaway in the winter with the girls!! The owners were so sweet and accommodating! Everything was so clean and cozy and the kitchen was amazing (had so many of the supplies we needed to cook). Our beds were also VERY comfortable. The beach was also such a nice addition to the trip, even in the winter (just a quick walk from our accommodation). I would recommend coming here just to experience the beach in the winter, it was magical. So happy I picked this place!! (I also loved the fact that there was a wonderful ice cream place just a 5 min walk, it was delicious).

The condo that the 7 of us stayed in was wonderful! Very clean and well kept. Each bedroom had lots of blankets and pillows. We stayed in the winter and the place was very well insulted, so it was nice and cozy. The kitchen was also stocked well with all your cooking needs. Would highly recommend! Lovely hosts too :)

This was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at in small town Ontario. The ambience was amazing! The owners were so kind and graceful.
Everything in the space was so clean and neat. The comforters and pillows were extremely soft and amazing for sleep.
The beach being less than a 2 minute walk away is also a huge plus. I would definitely return to Adrian’s. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent family site! Pristinely clean cottages, super friendly and helpful staff, very family friendly play area, a minute from the beach! stocked fire pits, barbecues (free full gas tanks available). We had a great holiday with our 11 month old grand son!

This is a very accommodating place for a family of 5. Kids loved it; adults loved it. Steps to the beach where you can walk for miles. Don't forget your towels and soap! There is a wonderful kids' playground onsite where they can run around with no worries.

Great accomadations - comfortable, renovated and clean. Great central area for kids to play in the playground and for adults to sit around and enjoy the day. Each unit had a gas BBQ - very convenient. Owners, Gloria and Brett are very friendly and accomadating. They made sure all our needs were met. Steps away from the amazing Wasaga Beach! Definitely recommend Adrian's Wasaga Beach Cottage and Condo Rentals to families who want to enjoy a getaway from it all!

My family of 6 just got back from a wonderful weekend at Adrian's Wasaga Beach. We stayed in the apartment where we slept very comfortably. The kids played for hours in the playground in the central area, we had our meals at the picnic tables under the gazebos and sat by the fire roasting marshmallows at night. And the beach - wow what a great place to suntan, swim, play bocce and more. The kids loved how close it was, the shallow water, sand castels and catching minnows. The owners Gloria and Brett are amazing hosts making sure we had everything we needed and they ensured we were completely comfortable - super family owned Wasaga resort. Quote of the weekend "Who needs the Carribean when you have Wasaga beach"!

Very good location right on the beach but the huts are in urgent need of modernisation. We were disappointed by the feel of the place on arrival but it was OK as a basic place to sleep. The rates felt expensive considering the condition of the property.

Thank you very much for your review and for your stay. We have been working at modernization of all of our units however we have had to do a little every year to stay within a manageable budget. We have recently renovated our beach house which was a big endeavour. It was a bigger challenge then we anticipated but we are very happy, it is beautiful. It is our goal to renovate the very rustic (dated) cottages next over the next three years. Until then, we try to manage the expectations and ensuring guests are aware that they are simple, basic but very clean before they book. Unfortunately, when larger groups book the information may not be shared to everyone. We have just renewed our website and will be posting videos and pictures of each of our amenities to show potential guests. Thankfully many enjoy the experience of staying in a simple cabin at our beautiful beach because we have several families that return every year to stay in them. It has been a very good experience even though I wish we could make all the improvements at once so everyone loves their stay. It's a work and passion in progress. Hello,
Thank you for your question. Yes! we have a pet policy where we welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 70lbs) in our beach cottages and our beach house.
We are right at the beautiful beach 3 and a 2-minute walk to the Dog Beach where our families can enjoy the day on the beach with their pups.

Wifi is now working in all the units in the condo as well as the beach house and on the courtyard property. As always, it's complimentary for our guests.

Hello,
Thank you for your question. Yes, we do have the same courtyard as years ago. We have several families that have come back that have stayed years ago to make new memories. We also like to hear their fond stories and descriptions of the beach and the property in the past.
The cottage that is in the "U" would be Cottage 6 and I believe those numbers are the same as they were years ago.
We are booking now for the summer and would love to have you 😊.
