A rather new hotel, located not far from the beginning of the road to Lago del Desierto and to the trail leading to the Fitz Roy. Helpful staff, comfortable room. It can be noisy (dogs barking, neighbour‘s TV…) because of the very bad noise insulation of the rooms. Be prepared to wear your ear plugs if you are a light...

This lovely hotel is only four years old. It has a great location in town. beautiful views. We had a corner room on the second floor. It's very clean, light and airy. We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff went out of their way to help us. We received great advice on trails especially since I have a...

This hotel is fine for a 3 star hotel, but it is not even close to a 4 star hotel. The entry is great and the staff is great. However, this hotel has lots of flaws that are not visible. Food Not good. The breakfast has a very bad selection of sweets - looks like something at the Days Inn....actually,...

We loved the alpine feel of this hotel. Our room was large, bright and had wonderful views of the town and surroundings. Staff were incredibly helpful, calling many tour and travel companies on our behalf. The breakfast was better than average. The bed was huge and the best we slept on in Patagonia generally. Main area for improvement is our...

The hotel is the only 4 star hotel in the small town of Chatlen, which is dotted with tons of cheaper hostel like alternatives. I found the front desk staff fairly friendly and the hotel room clean and new, but fairly small. My main complaint is the breakfast. It is not only very poor in terms of choice but the...

Great hotel, spent Christmas trekking in this area, had a nice celebration meal on the 24th and the hotel will take a Visa card as payment if you run out of cash during your stay!! But please do something about the hot water pressure... It's nice to have a hot shower after a long day walking.. Otherwise I would recommend...

Very clean, comfortable, spacious accommodations. The hotel has a ski chalet vibe to it that is sure to please, while offering an amazingly helpful staff that will help you with just about anything. I had lost a piece of luggage in a taxi about 3 hours away, and they dealt with all the logistics in getting in contact with the...

This is a really lovely, clean, modern hotel with lots of light and room. Our room was large and airy (a corner room on the 2nd floor) and very comfortable with an excellent bed. We ate in the restaurant several times (every breakfast), and the food was very good although the menu is a bit limited. We did not use...

Nice, friendly, helpful staff made this a good place to stay, along with the cute room. The breakfast was pretty good. Very good value. I would choose this hotel again. A good bakery place to pick up empanadas and water for trekking is nearby.
