I visited Easter Island solo in early November and stayed in the Vaianny hostel for several days. The host welcomed me in the airport and sent me back to the airport. The host was very nice and helpful. She spoke spanish and french and a little bit English. But communication was not a problem. And she also recommended the day...

The abode is humble, but it's some of the best prices in town. Really what got me was the owner Keka, she's really a very charming woman who will circle all the best sites on a map for you when you check in, she also greets you at the airport with a Lei. The location is very central, minutes away...

Vaianny is one of the budget accommodations on Easter Island and it's definitely among the better choices of the pick. The owner lady is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She might not speak much English (she does speak French though), but she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable. You want your breakfast a little...

The greatest thing about this guesthouse is the people! Marcela could not be a better asset to this place, pickup and drop off from the airport with a sign waiting for me! The location is perfect and near grocery and restaurants! I couldn't have been more looked after or treated better! Thank you Vaianny!!!

We stayed for eight nights at Easter Island and took some time to find a suitable hostel online. Vaianny wasn't cheap but had good reviews so we booked a room with private bathroom. In sum, we were happy with our choice but compared to what we got it was overpriced (79 €/night). Here are the pros and cons: Owner: Keka...

Set your expectations correctly thought on cost price for things aren't cheap. As for Residencial Valanny the owner Keka...

This was an average place but the cheapest I could find for two people private room on Easter island. What made the stay was the owner keka, she was amazing! Greeted us at the airport with flower leis, breakfast was large and included different things every day. She was so helpful and nice. Really made the stay better. When we...

This hostel has enormous potential. The owner goes one step further to make you welcome, great greeting with tons of information. She organised a tour with a local guide, arranged car hire and gave lots of tips to make our stay great. Breakfast was provided and was plentiful with a great fruit selection. The tour was informative and made our...

Vaianny is just a few steps away from the main road to all the shops. It's also very clean and serves breakfast 8:30am-10am. The hostess does not speak much English, but that wasn't a problem. She was very friendly and communicated well regardless. Gloria made sure all the rooms were clean, and we'd always see her walking around cleaning/doing laundry....

Use of shower room on day of departure excellent. Bookings for day tours. Pick up and drop off from airport. My room was pretty small but comfortable....
