The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and the rooms look onto this, there is also a small swimming pool which was great after a hot day sightseeing. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff did an excellent job keeping them clean. There is a safety deposit box in the wardrobe/shelving unit. The air...

It's in a great location and the rooms are fine, with comfortable beds, hot water and decent toilets. The breakfast is pretty good and the grounds, with the swimming pool are lovely. And yet it could be better. Charging for internet connection seems petty. There is no bar or even a place to buy water. Check out is 10.00, even...

I went there with my mom and we were well taken care of. Everything we needed the staff were able to help. I also heard them talking to people in different languages (spanish, english, french and german), I think that might help travelers who don't speak spanish (or Rapa Nui!)

All the rooms are set amid beautiful gardens. The room was light and airy with a high ceiling, spacious and clean. A large open wall unit provided shelves, drawers, hanging space, a safe and a small fridge - great for water and drinks. Beds were comfortable and the shower was fine with plenty of hot water. Shampoo and soap (no...

I've given this hotel three stars only to reflect that the accommodation itself is quite basic, but overall I really enjoyed our stay here and if you don't mind simple accommodation I would recommend it. Our compact room had tiled flooring, a table and one upright chair, some hanging space and a shelves, and one double and one single bed....

This hotel has a really good location. The staff were extremely helpful. My room had air conditioning and a fridge which allowed guest to enjoy a chilled glass of wine on the lovely balcony where one could enjoy the delightful gardens. The bath room needed to be updated and the tub which was badly stained but not terribly. I would...

The grounds are lovely and the swimming pool a great place to spend a late afternoon with a glass (plastic) of wine. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was very pleasant. Hotel arranged airport pickup and return. Hotel is spread out...A series of bungalows throughout the beautiful gardens. Bungalows nearest the reception, breakfast area and common room with TV are numbered in the low 100s. These rooms appear to be newerer and have their own little deck off the patio doors. As you proceed through the property (heading towards the pool),...
