Our stay on Easter Island was amazing and this was the hotel we stayed at although it was very basic, it had a nice charm about it.
It is in a good location about a ten minute walk to the town centre.

El Gomero is a little way out of town - an easy 10 minutes walk from the main street (I was walking with a stick and managed fine) but that makes it nice and quiet. Most of the rooms are around the garden area, which...More
We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Gomero. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really nice. The garden around the pool is also a little oasis. However, when we stayed here, the pool was broken due to a pump. Apparently since weeks, but no...More

There isn't a proper bar, but you can get drinks here and there is a sort of lounge area and seating outside. There is red and white wine and other drinks in your room, some in fridge and these were very reasonably priced for the Island, when everything has to be bought in. Safe in room as well. Go for the larger more expensive rooms, well worth it. You get a slightly more private patio immediately outside your patio doors overlooking the lush gardens.
