We stayed a week at Posada Caracol and experienced and extremely friendly atmosphere combined with top-class Service. Jose and Lucy gave us a brilliant service at the restaurant and the food was in top. In spite of a difficult supply situation in Venezuela the chef Nelson kept prepared one top class meal after the other. Fish for a week was...

Where do I start? This trip was 4 months in the making a surprise for a friend. From the start, the woman I dealt with at the Caracol Group (Jaqueline Suzano) was super responsive when I had any questions over the course of planning this trip. She arranged everything from the time I stepped foot in Caracas. Private transfer from...

Nice rooms, service and owesome food. They have their owned boat. Nice welcome drinks when you come back from the beaches. The dinner, which is included, offer nice seafood, fish and deserts. Alcoholic beverage is not included but still not expensive. Just perfect . . .

My Husband and I enjoyed Posada Caracol for 2 days in September while we were visiting family in Venezuela. The room was tiny but comfortable. What really sells this location is the service. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and remembered small details that were mentioned once in passing. The whole...

Hey guys. I've travelled all around the world, I literally suffer from wanderlust. Even in the poorest communities of Africa I've been treated better than in this place. On my last day when I left to the beach and left my bags closed at my room, they came in and stole EVERYTHING that was inside of them. They only left...

The best posadas at Los Roques are quite the same: same rustic arquitecture, same package (boat to the islands+cavas with lunch and drinks+dinner), same prices, etc. So the small details matters to said that this one of the best posadas there. Located only 50m to the shore where all the boats boards to the islands, the attention is very good...

Yes, the posada is nice, cozy, clean rooms and service and food is good. Rooms and especially bathroom to tight for any adult. There are more same standar and more comfortable posadas in Gran Roque for the price of Caracol. Just to mention one Malibu. The posada is not ocean front which really doesn't really matters for me but the...

Los Roques is a place that you have to go at least once in your lifetime. This Posada sits 50 meters from the shore. You eat breakfast with the best view in the world, barefooted in the sand. The staff is really friendly and will cater to your request, if possible. Everything in Los Roques has to be brought by...

The Posada was perfect, it had cozy clean rooms with air conditioning. The staff were accomodating and very friendly, they made you feel that you were more than a guest. The chef "Charlie" is a gifted young man, very creative. Last, but not least, the manager Karolina is a wonderful, patient woman......she is amazing! We will return to Posada Caracol...

We had a lovely time. The room was delightful but small. The food was satisfactory, not great. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. The location of this posada was excellent because it was so close to the water. I would definitely stay there again.
