We stayed in a tent built into a wooden platform. Fully equipped and en suite, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and more than helpful, the food was great and they went out of their way to make us welcome. The site itself lends itself to enjoying the 'aloneness' of Africa. Birdlife is abundant and the night sky clear....

We heard so much about Kaziikini and was exited to finally camp here as an alternative to the Moremi camp sites. What a disappointment. This was clearly a very good campsite a few years ago. Another example of a foreign government (think it was Japan) dumping money in a community project with no skills transfer. The campsite is severely neglected....

Although nicely laid out, the ablutions show signs of poor maintenance and no warm water. Its a pity that donor funding must go to waist like this. Campsites are nice and spacious with lots of wildlife activities due to its location to Moremi's South Gate. We were visited by a Hyena one night!!!

We originally booked in huts, but eventually stayed in tents, which were equipped with beds, linen, towels, toilet & hot water (gas)shower. The tents were neat and clean and there were enough blankets on the beds. It gives the feeling of being totally alone in the bush, but still quite comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. South Gate of...

This is a community campsite and the most expensive in the area, except for actually staying in the reserve. If you want to be up early for entrance, it's the best choice. Located about 26 kms from South Gate of Moremi. The campsites were clean, ablutions (shower solar) clean. Wildlife you are bound to find here, during the night we...

The campsite is about 62km out of Maun. This campsite is a community camp. The ablutions facility are outside in the open air and is neat and clean with warm water provided by solar. We drove out to Moremi park everyday. There are nice trees with enough shade for the tents during the day. I would recommend this camp for...

What an experience. You are in the bush far away from anyone else. You only herd the sounds of the "bush" hayena and jackal. The previous night the lions were in the camp according to reception. It was truly a very good stay although the hot water was not functioning. You can try it

Nice clean campsite with clean, open air ablution facilities, and warm water at night (as it is based on solar energy) . Although not in the national park we found hyena tracks along the tent. Distance to Moremi allows for using this camp for trips into the park. Staff is very friendly, the booking system was efficient (certainly in comparison...

This is run by the Kazakiini community so local people are financially involved. On arrival we couldn't have had a more friendly welcome. They have good wash facilities and everything is in good order. There is good local game drives and we were just able to fit in a short drive on the evening. As this was a first experience...

We reside in Maun and camp at Kaziikini almost every month or two, Kaziikini have had some shifts in their management structure and this caused the experience to drop. However this past weekend (28 - 30 Sept 2012) I could see that they are very busy upgrading the whole place. New gas geyesers are being installed with an extra water...
