We stayed at Sango from the 4th Dec to 8th Dec 2018 before we moved onto South Africa. The stay was excellent with lovely food, and great staff who would do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location, and the sightings of elephants, hippos, in the

Sango was our second stop on a 3-camp safari. It's small and the staff are friendly. We especially enjoyed our guide July, who made the outings both fun and safe. He even steered one of the mokoro boats, so he's multi-talented. We thought the food was tasty and plentiful, and

This was the first place we stayed on our 6 day safari in Botswana and we just loved it. It is a small camp with only up to 12 guests, so this gives a really intimate feel to the whole experience. The tent is a good size with everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep .

Dear True2327, we are very sorry to read that you didn’t feel that your stay with us was a good experience over all for you. Firstly with regards to the spacing of our tents we do understand that you might have felt that the rooms were too close to each other but this is due to limited space in Khwai not possible to change and this restricts the spacing of the tents and it is not easy to find a very remote setup. However, this has never had a major impact on the overall guest experience, as Sango Safari Camp offers such a great home from home atmosphere in general. To read that you were not happy with the service and the food is a very new experience for us. It is not at all Sango standard not to provide enough food for our guests, if anything we always make sure that there is a second or even third dish for everyone. As the dishing in our lodges is always self-service we even provide enough of everything as also non-vegetarian might be tempted by the vegetarian food. We are very sorry that you apparently did not get to serve yourself and you had the feeling that the service was not friendly and adequate, we have raised it to management and will make every effort to prevent that from happening again. Further to this, it also is Sango standard to always provide fresh filtered coffee in the morning and to prepare new as soon as we see that we are running short. However, some people may prefer instant coffee and so we always make sure that this is also available during breakfast and the whole day on our tea and coffee station as well. The provided hot water flask and coffee plunger are available to either help yourself or ask a waitress to help during the entire day. We are really sorry to hear about poor service and friendliness regarding our lodge management this as well is something we have raised and we will make sure that it will not happen again. We want to thank you for pointing out the issues and apologies for a mixed experience. Sincerely, The management/directors

Sango is a small intimate camp. The rooms are small , but well appointed with their own "charging stations" in the room. We also had a fan which we needed because it was very warm when we were there. The staff was wonderful! Shout out to our guide KB! He is a great guide and has

Do you have triple accomodation room?
Hello. No we don't have triple rooms. If available we could add a third bed into one room, but that makes the space a lot smaller. Thanks, Bush Ways Lodges
