This is a great small hotel and only a few room and the owner living in the back. Rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Careful though the double room have opened bathroom so only good for a couple. Toilets are also opened which is clearly a bad idea for intimacy, noises and odors even for a couple. Apart from that...

Your taxi drops you off at this doorway, bars on the window and ok your worried. However the wooden door is opened by the lady owner Georgette a big smile and you are ushered in the most wonderful, friendly hotel in what be a seen as a little bit of bleak town. Lovely modern rooms individually designed, fantastic showers, plenty...

This little guest house has it's own micro climate. Outside cold and dirty, inside beautiful and warm. While sitting in a patio under a glass roof in your singlet and surrounded by tropical plants you easily forget to put on full winter gear to step outside. But really it is so nice inside that you will not even want to...

My booking was at Hotel Julia but I saw the sign of this hotel and decided to take a look. The door was closed and I knocked at the door. The lady from the reception opened the door and was very friendly and helped me look on at a room that was vacant. She spoke reasonable good English. It is...

It is a small hotel, but really amazingly well kept and maintained, in a dusty and dirty town of Uyuni. You fill find a refuge from dust and gloom of the city in this hotel, with excellent beds, down blankets and all other small things that make your stay enjoyable.

We stayed here before and after our 3 day salt flat tour and absolutely loved it, with only 4 rooms it was gorgeous, small, tidy and very well kept. The service was amazing and breakfast was very good. Lovely hot showers and warm rooms which is great when it's freezing outside. Would highly recommend this little hotel to anyone travelling...

We stayed at the Hotel La Petite Porte in Uyuni for 1 night after a 3-day trip through the Salar ($100). When you walk through the little door from the gritty streets of Uyuni, you fall like Alice in Wonderland into a world of tranquillity and beauty. From a lobby crowded with potted plants you pass into a long, glass-roofed...

I always claim that reviewing hotels and else makes sense only in comparative terms. If you are in Uyuni, Bolivia the best bet in terms of hotel is this small, boutique-like little place. Great service, English-friendly, comfortable bed, hot shower, and costumized breakfast in your room. I really recommend it. For my head, though, the pillow could have been smaller...

This is hands down one of the best places. It is truly an oasis in the middle of Uyuni. The entrance is inconspicuous, but you won't be disappointed by what you find when you make your way through the doors. Every morning they make breakfast to order for you and they have a selection of classic VHS movies to watch....
