After 3 hours waiting for a family lunch, the food arrived. The so called " Trucha Punta Larga" was just trout with ketchup and mayonnaise on the top... The "Lomo de Cerdo ( Pork sirloin ) was dry, small ( sandwich size ) with cheese on the top... The carbonara spaghetti was dry, oily and almost without any sauce. Because we were a large party we waited patiently ... But 3 hours ??? Seriously? The hotel looks nice in the outside. Just don't waisted your time and money in the restaurant ... It's overrated!

We just had our wedding celebration here, It was fantastic and the service was great, the food and everything was very good and the staff were excellent. We were a bit frustrated before as they were very slow responding to emails, which made us anxious, but when it came to the day they were really attentive to every small detail. The prices may seem a little bit high but they were very fair and honest with the final bill, and did not try to rip us off like so many places do in Colombia. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is a lovely place.
