We went to Jonesboro for the long Presidents Day weekend. We decided to go at the last minute, so I went online to find a hotel. I found a good rate for Baymont so I booked three nights. My daughter stayed at this hotel with her school group. The first night, the girls noticed torn wallpaper with mold. They said the room smelled horrible. They called the front desk and someone came to clean the mold with Windex and tack the torn paper to the wall with a thumbtack. The real nightmare occurred the second night when my...

Property really needs an upgrade. Coffee pot was broken. Door would not shut on its own. Toilet would not flush. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was non existant.

Website switched dates to day of reservation for day of arrival. Arrived at hotel to find that I was charged a no show fee. Desk staff would not let me speak to general manager even though she was on the phone with them. Complained to corporate office and will receive refund. Will not stay here ever!!
