I ventured into this hotel, and the outside just sets you up. A short rough road to the gate, but inside is a perfect hideaway, with excellent rooms (fresh white sheets on the bed are comforting), high class finishes, vast bathrooms, a stand-by generator and wifi, and a most homely ambience all round feature at Victoria comfort inn. The manager...

We took a vacation down the Lake last December Holiday and we spent our holiday in this Hotel. Were were not very sure about the nature of the Hotel, this is after we booked it online through an agent. Good serene and welcoming ambiance. We were on a vacation but still working online -One thing that bothered us the most...

This is a pretty typical mid-range type hotel in Kenya in my view. The rooms are comfy enough, but are nothing special. Bring your earplugs as it is noisy! Both from the corridors and other rooms, and from the neighbourhood more generally. The food is pretty average too, but nothing worse or better than from anywhere else.

An excellent and very private place. Food is exquisite and with reasonable prices. Most amazing was, I didn’t have to go to town (Cyber Café) to catch up with the world. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wished to stay in Kisumu.

The short dirt road approaching this hotel is terrible but inside the high wall and gates of the premises is a new hotel that is still being given its finishing touches. The rooms have air conditioning, a TV with many channels (although the order was garbled), a mosquito net, a fridge and a large desk but with no chair. There...

Victoria Comfort Inn located in Kisumu’s serene Tom Mboya estate has a homely feel to it that makes your work meetings or holiday accommodation feel like you never really left your home. The warm lighting that illuminate the walkways as you walk in all the way to the reception decoration all adding to that homely feel. The reception couches are...

My wife stayed here for five nights. She found the staff very friendly. Food was very good quality. Prices very reasonable. Rooms clean and comfortable. Air con and fridge in the room was very useful. She felt safe as security was more than satisfactory.

We just stayed for one night at Victoria Comfort Inn but it was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the restaurant food was pretty good! The only thing was that our air conditioning didn't really work. The location was nice and close to the airport, quiet and safe.

The staff are professionals with your comfort in mind! Ive stayed in other hotels in Kenya and in Kisumu and found the food here to be top notch! They even made pizza one night to make us feel more at home! I would compare this more to a BNB than to a hotel here in the US!
