We spent a night just a few weeks ago. It was a surprise gift from my sister in law. What a magnificent place! This is something we will treasure forever. For me it was a return to my childhood when Kenya was not this developed and were surrounded by its natural beauty away from all noise and light pollution. The...

Came with high expectations but from the minute we arrived we realised they were understaffed and the place was pretty empty making it dull, a little boring and lacking personality and colour . It would have been good to have met let alone seen an experienced Manager who could have guided three inexperienced staff who did their best to look...

Dear Nigel, On behalf of the entire Kiangazi Team we are saddened by your review and sorry that you did not enjoy your time at Kiangazi House. We spent a wonderful night at Kiangazi on a Saturday in November. It happened to be right after American Thanksgiving and the chef made a fantastic turkey dinner. The cozy fireplace and Christmas decorations reminded me of the holidays I have spent in London. The staff was sweet and accommodating to my family and the five year old with us....

The hotel is very small and feels like you are living in your own house with service. There are a few staff in the hotel who seem to be doing everything (I don't know how they manage but they are great!) The food that they serve is absolutely amazing and there is pleeenty of it. When we had lunch as...

A fantastic weekend getaway from Nairobi from start to finish. Never an easy drive to Naivasha from Nairobi but the trip was well worth it. I was in Kenya 2 weeks, this was my most memorable stay, 4 nights. 4 course meals, 3x/day not including 3pm tea. The meals are sooo delicious and filling, I think they grow most of their food. The house only has a max of about 20 guests. We asked for smaller servings by the second day. Home baked breads for...
