We were rebooked from another hotel and it was as we had won on the lotery! A wonderful stay. Beautiful surroundings, the tent by the lake was awesome. Friendly staff and listening to hippos grazing around in the night... We wished we knew before an could have stayed for at least one more night. If you want silence and that...

Great tents on the lake in the grounds of the Naivasha Country Club. Beautiful setting and very peaceful. Beds are a little hard. We were upgraded to this camp from a standard double I. The Naivasha Country Club otherwise this would have been above our budget.

I have helped run several workshops at the Lake Naivasha Country Club (of which Kiboko is part). The location is far enough from Nairobi to make sure that participants are not tempted to skip part of the workshop to go into town. The venue is directly on the lake: a herd of waterbuck, zebra and wildebeest graze on the lawn,...

If you want to be safe and close to nature book a luxury tent. This is not camping - this is galloping at its best! Your tent is well protected from animals and mosquitos and yet the wildlife is on your doorstep. It was so exciting to see hippos and even better to wake in the night to hear them...

The best place we stayed during our safari in Kenya. The self contained luxurious camp was fantastic with a view of the lake in front of us.The staff were amazing. They were very nice and always accommodating. It was our 41st wedding anniversary when we stayed at this camp and they surprised uus. From the decor in our room, the sumptous dinner...

The tents at Kiboko are beautiful, this was by far the best place we stayed in our entire trip in Africa (admittedly I think it was one of the most expensive as well). Tents are exactly as pictured, they all have terraces over the lake, where there are resident hippos, playing right beneath your room, the bathrooms are really luxurious,...

No one mentions that the tents are on the grounds of Naivasha Country Club. So any functions there destroy the peace you would expect at a lakeside camp. We were unlucky enough to be here on the 2 nights leading up tolNew Year's Eve, and the noise from blaring speakers installed on the grounds just behind the tents (!!) was...

Upon approaching the lodge, we saw some wild animals (deer and zebras) and then we were directed to a grass bank and then advised to go to the reception area. Please note that there no disabled facilities. This is a quaint boutique lodge with only 9 semi-luxury tents. The four are the front are lake-facing. From the outside, the tents...

From the animals sleeping and passing below your tent to the sounds of hippos in the lake - Kiboko is truly a luxury. My best experience was when I was about to leave the room and a herd of buffalos were feeding outside - I have never been that close to buffalo's. It was freeking scary yet such a beautiful...

We stayed here for four night s with other family members and loved it! The location on the lake gives you a wonderful view of the many birds and hippos that call this place home. The water bucks and zebras visiting each day on the lawn are delightful and add to the unique atmosphere of this tented camp. The tents...
