Room was fabulous with the fire already lit, the bathroom amazingly big with huge bath, shower and his...

We were recommended to Chui Lodge by a friend, and, this being our first safari, our expectations were high. Well, Chui Lodge far exceeded our expectations in every way. We received a warm Kenyan welcome with a hand towel infused with eucalyptus oil and a glass of freshly squeezed watermelon juice. Our room was perfect, fireplace, king size bed with...

After four days at the coast, we headed off to the bush. We were warmly welcomed to the lodge and shown to our rooms before heading to the patio for a couple of sundowners whilst watching the game wander to the watering hole for their sundowner. We then headed into the dining area where chef Richard impressed us no end...

You'll know where the extra shillings went. Fantastic rooms, food, views, staff, game drives... everything. Turtles roaming the grounds. Giraffes and zebras drinking at the watering hole near the terrace.
