I spent few days in this hotel in early December 2014. The hotel is situated on the main road and probably built recently. The security is fine and no major concerns really. The rooms are average size, clean and proper. There is sufficient pressure of water for hot showers. I stayed on the side that overlooks to the swimming pool...

This is neither a luxurious hotel nor a problem hotel. The rooms were of average to small size. I did not see an elevator if you are above the first floor. Each room had a balcony, but there are enough mosquitoes to negate the advantage. The rooms were clean although not new and the bathrrom was only an average size....

The hotel is excellent for the Gorilla Trekking trip. It is very close and clean and convenient! Stay there for the night before the trek. There is a restaraunt and they served really good dinner and breakfast.

We stayed here one night for our Gorilla trek. It was safe and comfortable. Staff was accommodating with allowing us to check out at 3 so we could come back and shower after our trek. The food was really good but did take quite a while to get. Heavily influenced by the french and not in a hurry. That's okay...

I absent mindedly left my camera plugged into the wall in my room, checked out and when I called back to hotel to have someone go to the room to secure it, it wasn't there. Given the high value of the camera and the lack of wealth in Rwanda, this isn't a remarkable story but sad nonetheless because of the...

We stayed for 2 nights part of a group. Staff very kind and pleasant. Good food , but meat of poor quality when served. Rooms are generous and clean . Bathroom need some attention. Grounds and surrounding clean and pleasant . Corkage punitive.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Rwanda and many of them have been in the smaller villages. The staff in this location is very welcoming and attentive. This hotel is generally clean and a good place to stay. The pool and grounds are clean. The bathrooms need some attention but they are not too bad. Electricity can be spotty...

We stayed only one night in this hotel after a days trekking gorillas, what a disappointment! The bedroom was shabby, the bathroom was grubby, menu choice was poor, food was not good and as we were the only people in the hotel the atmosphere was nil! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Volcanos National Park. It is located on the main road going through Musanze, and easy to find. The rooms were nice, clean, and had very comfortable beds. As stated in other reviews, no mosquito nets, but we didn't need any. They have a nice pool and comfortable seating outdoors on the lawn and by...

Gorillas Vulcanoes hotel is located on the main thoroughfare in Musanze, former Ruhengiri and it's just a short ride to get to the entrance of the National Park. The rooms are spacious , clean and have a balcony with a view, and there's also a nice swimming pool. Just what you need after a strenous hike. Staff is friendly, breakfast...
