Our group of six stayed here a couple of nights prior to our safari and Kilimanjaro climb and one night following our return.
This lovely hotel is only a 10minutes walk from Moshi centre which really convenient if you wish to explore like we did.
The hotel has its own privacy with gates that the security open/close for residents and vehicles.
For our stay we were issued the larger room that had a small lounge area in one corner and two double beds which were absolutely clean and comfy to sleep on.
We loved this hotel which served a lovely breakfast as well tasty food in the evenings, one was also able to opt for room service which we ordered on our final night upon returning from Kilimanjaro, pizza and fries, yummy.
A special mention to all the lovely helpful staff particularly, Hussainy who is in charge, she allowed my brother and I to upgrade to a larger better room.
Thank you Hussainy and all from the lobby, restaurant and concierge.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel abd came across many other nationals from around world attempting Kilimanjaro or a safari or both like us.

I had a wonderful stay at Park View Inn Hotel in Moshi! The hotel is well-located, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the town center. The highlight was waking up to breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro a perfect start to the day!
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the swimming pool provided a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. Whether you're in Moshi for a Kilimanjaro trek or just passing through, Park View Inn is a fantastic place to stay.

Stayed at the Parkview Inn, Moshi before and after my trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. All the staff including receptionists, porters, cooks waitresses, and cleaners were all very well spoken and polite. Being ever so helpful when possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had mosquito nets fitted to beds. Good selection of foods at breakfast albeit for me the butter and jams etc need to be better presented (individual packets?) rather than exposed to all. Good choice af meals. I had masala chicken and steamed rice and their vanilla ice cream which was fantastic. Can be a bit of noise on the front road early in the morning but a good central location in the town next to banks, the market and supermarkets. The hotel has a nice relaxed seating area sound the pool albeit the loungers are a wee bit tired. Views of Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear day are unbeatable. The hotel made me feel safe and secure and also provided free WiFi throughout. Would stay again when in Moshi.

I stayed at Parkview Inn the night before and night after my Kilimanjaro climb. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the rooms were comfortable. There was plentiful hot water available for the post-climb shower and, if you’re back in time there’s a laundry service available, though unfortunately our group was back too late to use it. We were advised to leave all valuables in the hotel safe for the climb and it felt very safe doing so. Would recommend as a Kilimanjaro base.

a fantastic hotel to stay in. the staff at the hotel is amazing. the restaurant at the hotel is very reasonable in price and the food is great. you have to wait for the cook to prepare the fresh food as it takes time. try the stonytangewezi ginger soda at the hotel. it is fantastic. i think the water in moshi makes for an excellent soda. even the cokes taste great. their masala chips are awesone. the rooms are great. wifi service is a little choppy but does work i was able to do facetime there. if you are on a safari, you can safely store your luggage there. you have to book a room as they fill up fast

Fantastic hotel in Moshi that offers convenient access to local shops and restaurants. This hotel is well-known among local guides, and is a perfect home base for exploring Kilimanjaro and safaris.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool and restaurant are great amenities to enjoy after travelling to Moshi.
The standout is the wonderful staff. I became quite sick while in Moshi, and the staff organised a taxi and hospital, and even visited me in the hospital to make sure I was okay.

October 2022: The complimentary breakfast is very good with native foods, chatapa, fruits, juices, eggs. Other meals were okay, not their specialty.
A clean, safe environment with pool, service. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled and I stayed 2 extra nights. They had a map of Moshi which should have been given at check in instead of last day when I needed to go to post office to drop off post cards. That would benefit Moshi.
This reservation was done by MarTours and Safaris which I do not recommend. I may return but would choose to stay in Arusha instead.

Well located hotel, leaving to launch and recover on the way back, from the ascent to Kilimanjaro. Correct and friendly attention and acceptable restaurant, good food, loved to see the kitchen, the friendliness of the waitresses, the overall cleanliness and the appetizing pool. The only thing is expensive.

At the end of July and beginning of August 2022, I had the lovely experience of staying at the Parkview Inn, before and after my trek in Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. I felt well taken care of and attended to during my stay. The people, those who work in the hotel and restaurant, are kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and lovely. The pool and poolside chairs are inviting and soothing (particularly after the trek up Mount Kilimanjaro). The restaurant food is delicious. The food ranges from Indian cuisine to pizza, fish and chips, beefsteak, and vegetarian options. The breakfast buffet is ample and inviting, with the option of having eggs cooked the way you like them. I would happily return to this oasis in the midst of Moshi and hope to do so sooner than later. Zilia Balkansky-Selles

This is a great hotel to stay at when coming to climb Kili, but good lord - is the service in the restaurant ever slow. The servers are quite pleasant, and the food at the restaurant is very good - but it takes HOURS. There is a warning on the menu to give 45 minutes notice, but even when we were the only table, it took almost 2 hours one night. 90 minutes on average. Everything else - really great experience. Spacious rooms. Hot shower. Great poolside area, good massages on site - we spent 4 nights here, 2 on each side, and the time on meal prep is the worst I have ever experienced.
