The camp is located in the most remarkable natural wonder in all of Africa and the World Heritage Site – Ngorongoro Crater. The camp has 20 spacious and luxuriouselevated tented rooms with private balconies that can host private dinners or lunches that overlooks Lake Eyasi.
The location of this lodge is so spectacular as it overlooks the great rift valley opening to some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. We particularly enjoyed the our tent room perched high up and the sunrise would come streaming right through the sides. The tents are luxurious with all the amenities that one would get in a hotel in the middle of the bush. The staff were fantastic as they went above and beyond to meet all our needs at this place. What really stands out at Ngorongoro Wild Camp is their attention to detail for everything. They work really hard to wow and impress at every turn and ensure that we were happy. The food was top line and we were sad to leave this magical place.

The 2 nights we spent in Ngorongoro Wildcamp are unforgettable. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotless, it was set in a stunning location overlooking the rift-valley dotted with lakes and stunning scenery. There are resident monkeys, giraffes and gazelles that live in the bushes bordering the camp The staffs were nice and warm, helping us find our way around the camp. They did a great job of looking after us. They treated us to great meals including the packed lunch and snacks for safari. We will definitely return for another visit.

We had the time of our lives at Ngorongoro Wild Camp. The tented rooms have an ordinary exterior but are very cozy and comfortable inside. The property is located high up on Ngorongoro and makes you feel very close to nature. The food was exceptionally good which made dining in the evening very enjoyable. Every aspect of the camp is well maintained so that guests have a lovely time.

Initially we were supposed to go to the Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge but unfortunately when we showed up they didn't have our reservation because our tour operator hadn't done their job well.
So we had to fall back on the Ngorongogo Wildcamp which is much further away. In fact it's really in a very isolated place far from everything.
When we arrived it still seemed like a beautiful place and we had a villa and not a tent. The room was beautiful, big and clean. The wifi worked well. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was good for the shower.
We were lucky enough to see some zebras up close which was nice.
On the other hand, the choices in the restaurant were very very limited and the quality was just mediocre. In addition, before leaving in the morning we had prepared a very basic lunch box and we couldn't choose anything because the boxes were already made and it was very ordinary.
This is probably the place we liked the least during our safaris because of the quality of the food on offer and the location.

Ngorongoro Wild Camp is in a beautiful location. The rooms are in the form of detached canvas cottages, large, comfortable and spotless. We were welcomed by the Suka the manager and he showed us around the property. We had the wild animals roaming around right across the camp. The food we had at the lodge is some of the best we had on the safari. Waking up to the wonderful African sunrise streaming into the tent with birds singing and giraffes walking gracefully across the camp was like a dream come true. We never wanted to leave this enchanting place!

We truly had an amazing time at Ngorongoro Wildcamp during our recent stay. The lodge is located within Ngorongoro Conservation Area, nestled high up on the highlands. The lodge is beautifully designed, each guest tent room was amazing, quite spacious, beautifully adorned with nice rustic furniture, clean bathroom/toilet with all the amenities and an amazing view of the surrounding forest and valleys below from the patio. We still talk about Suka the manager for his warm welcome and his able team for their superb service. All requests were honored with a smile. I highly recommend a day or two at this amazing place.

This is the one place you must visit for a complete experience in Ngorongoro. This bush camp will instantly charm you with its stunning location, stylish set up of the main house and canvas room cabins in the wooded surroundings. We certainly fell in love with the rustic comfortable room with a warm shower and toilet. The incredible sunsets from the balcony and great views of the amazing scenery are still etched in our minds. The staff were warm and welcoming, Mr. Suka made sure that every aspect of our stay was taken care of. He made sure that our stay was special! We saw lots of wildlife in the nearby forest and including some monkeys and birds that came very close to our room. Dining was a great experience, the food was outstanding and the ambience made it worthwhile.

We stayed in this lovely property for three nights over Christmas and we did not want to leave. Tucked in a secluded area overlooking Lake Eyasi and the Rift Valley you wake up to some of the most beautiful sunrises. The spacious tent rooms were well appointed with a balcony that opens up to the beautiful surroundings. The bed is really comfortable and you enjoy very great showers. The staff really stood out for professionalism and friendly demeanor. They always had a smile and attentive to any of our needs. We enjoyed the escorted walks to the main common area by Ledama and Sabili. We even had a walking safari with Ledama and an armed park ranger which was very intimate and exciting. We really enjoyed mealtimes with Chef Baraka in the kitchen. There was enough variety to choose from given our dietary restrictions. We had an awesome time and unreservedly recommend Ngorongoro Wild Camp to everybody.

It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The camps were excellent and spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable, surrounded by mosquito nets. The room was spacious, with a dressing mirror, and the bathroom was big with hot and cold water. The verandah in front of the camp offered a breathtaking view of the jungle surroundings. There was nothing to fault about this place. The food was delicious, and the staff were amiable and helpful. Some fellow travelers even spotted giraffes munching on leaves near their camp. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this camp.
