Avoid this hotel at all cost especially if you are travelling with young children. Rooms are unhygienic, stinky, seems never been dusted, marks on pillows and bedsheets, dust on pillows and bedsheets, hair from previous stays on pillows and bedsheets. This place is in need of a serious makeover.

For the quality of stay it's an over priced property. Though the location and accessibility is good be careful of the rooms. Check the rooms before you move in. Not all rooms are in good condition. The breakfast buffet is below average - the guys can't make a decent egg let alone any of the local breakfast fare.

Excellent location i.e. by the side of Aana sagar lake...magnanimous day/night view from rooms....the hotel is like a heritage building turned into a luxury hotel..staff and food both are too gud...must visit once....

Its not a hotel. Its a palace. We booked through travel portal even after reading some bad reviews, but all harp on bad service. Yes the service is slow but the property is also huge which takes time to service. We were given a free upgrade to a suite room at the main heritage wing, on the ground floor. There...

I was directed to a building well outside...

Booked this hotel for my sister's marriage. Really good rooms. Amazing wall work done in the heritage theme rooms. Room service is really nice. Swimming pool & disco area also there. Lake view rooms are the best thing in this hotel. Must visit if you are in Ajmer.

We had booked one of their suites, which the manager Mr Arora told us were the best rooms in the property. The view was good, but that was about it. The bathroom had no hot water, despite us asking them repeatedly. They said the geyser was broken. No offer of repairing it or replacing it. Room service is so dismal,...

The rooms are out dated and not maintained. Had taken a Heritage Room. Wall paints chipped. Artwork not maintained. Pest infestation etc. Service is not guest centric - on two occasions management rules were sited for denying. One was as simple as asking for ice for an hamper in the morning. Stay somewhere else if you can.

I arrived to find that the hotel management have shifted us into discarded rooms which were cleaned after I reached there. The rooms stinked and the staff was extremely rude. The staff didn't even give a welcome drink and no one came to take the luggage after we arrived.
