The room and facilities are at an average standard but I found the staff to be very helpful. I spent the weekend with a close friend who had not seen her own country. So Bagan was a highlight for her. We enjoyed relaxing at the hotel after spending two days of sightseeing. Hot Air Ballooning was great.

We were in a 4 beds dorm, large beds and air conditioner. The manager is very nice and helpfull, the wifi was not really working, but we met people and the 3 nights were very nice. They can rent you electric bikes which are a must in Bagan for 7000 it's a bit expensive compare to the one you can...

Lame excuse for a totally crap hotel. Myanmar is a fantastic place and Bagan is something special, but this hotel threatened to undermine this. For a start the guy behind the desk was miserable at best, and an extremely unhelpful hindrance at worst. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but turns out he couldn't give one about any...

DON'T STAY HERE! Overpriced option for what you get. I'll tell you what you get; - DIRTY bathroom thick with lime scale and STINKS. Door locks itself and the flush chain doesn't work properly. Tiles are filthy with grime. Easily say it's never been cleaned. - Shower without wall bracket - dirty carpets - Un-replenished bed sheets - A daily...

staff were pretty unfriendly, wouldnt let us chill out in the foyer when our bus showed up early, dorms were secure...ish, they had a box with a padlock for your stuff, comfy beds, bathrooms were pretty gross, shower got hot after about literally 15 mins, meh

We had a really bad experience, and it already started at check in. We booked room and payed though agoda with creditcard (something might have gone wrong along the way), but the boy in the desk refused and we got confused and tried to explain and make sence out of this and showed him the email but he twisted the...

We moved here from the hostel around the corner because it was cheaper. Extremely basic but not problem what so ever. Your normal hostel in Asia really. The breakfast was awful, and the reception area kind of sums the place up as it is a mess - As we spent so little time there though, it was fine for a...

The reception boy is inconsiderate and extremely rude to everyone. Wouldn't let early bus arrivals even in the lobby area (or dump site) to shield from freezing cold. They sleep in the lobby. He forgets bus tickets and argues about everything. I asked on several occasions for information but got no response. The rooms are dusty and beds covered in...

The hotel room was way overpriced for how dirty it was. I stayed in the family room. There were blood stains on the sheets. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. People working at the front desk were not nice.
