From start to finish I can just say that I had a wonderful time at Mr B's Place. The property is situated in a beautiful location right next to the entrance of Bardia National Park. I opted mainly for local food and that was delicious. The guided walks into the park were great and the guides were attentive and very knowledgeable. It was a privilege to see bengal tigers and indian rhino in the wild like that and the evening talks around the fireplace will stay long in the memory bank. I will definitely recommend Mr B's Place to friends and family. Thank you for a great time.

I love Mr B's Place, B and Kali are superb hosts and their now grown up children, Bibash and Bibek continue the warmth in everything that they do. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable, the food is great and comes with a big smile. The gardens are getting more lush and the gradual improvements that they make year on year just add to the whole experience and are done with thought. The new block of rooms is going to be amazing, still with the Tharu designs on the walls and Kali's love of flowers will make the whole place look beautiful as soon as it is finished. We love this place and my 7 year old son can't get enough of it, all the friends he makes whenever he visits, Josef and little Birat are his Nepalese brothers. This place is one of those hidden gems that you want to keep going back to. Thakurdwara is interesting, friendly and easy to wander around, either on bike or on foot. The elephant sanctuary is super interesting, the riverside is a fun place to be and there are enough quirky little things to do that you don't even need to go into the park if you don't want to.

Very nice place to stay. A family run business with excellent service. The garden is nice and with fire pit in the evening. Quiet breezy rooms in nice cottages. Very pleasant and spacious rooms to stay in. The Nepali dishes are great too. In the morning a variety of dishes to choose from. Loved my stay here.

I spent 2 nights at Mr. B's and it was super super nice. The Bungalow's are super sweet and the garden with the campfire place is beautiful. MR B and his family and Staff are super nice and friendly and helps with everything. They organized our bus ticket and the guides for the safari were also great. I would definitely come back to that place and I can totally recommend! Thank you for the nice stay!
