The first time I saw the hotel I was amazed because it's better than what I expected. It has a nice garden view and lobby area they also have function hall. Upon check- in we had a hard time because the receptionist doesn't accept our voucher. She insists that the payment should be 6,000 for 3 rooms instead of 4,680.00...

LOCATION: a little bit far from tourist attractions but I still like the location. Away from the loud noises of vehicles ROOM ACCOMMODATION: It's worth the price! Very affordable and the room was good. AMENITIES: Pool is clean. The first time I visited here, there was a videoke free of use but during my 2nd visit, they don't have it...

if you are just planning for a staycation without much activity, this one will work. I particularly liked the container van rooms that looked so nice inside and out that cost Php 1500/night with twin bed, with AC, TV cold/hot shower and breakfast. They have that cute pool but I'm not sure if it's warm or cold 'cause I did...

Really nice place and nice garden. The rooms are less maintained, but the service we got was good. The breakfast was a choice between two meals but difficult to get just black coffee. The pool was clean, like the garden which made it very relaxing to be there in the evening. We needed room service a few times but the...

A very memorable stay. Everything from the view, room, facilities, services and free breakfast is fascinating except maybe the location, wherein you need to ride a tricycle and pay special fee just to go to here because only tricycles and private cars are allowed to pass the Ulat Road, but still this hotel is highly recommended.

The second time with them, I was expecting to have the same experience but I did not. The front desk people are just so snobbish and act as if they are not there to provide assistance to everyone. They seem to be irritated with questions. There were roaches.

Booked by my friend and signed the contract for a Queen size bed, but when I checked-in to the room, they gave 2 single bed. After sorting it out, they moved me to another room (Family Room) for the night. I heard that they sold my room to a walk-in customer. The next day, they sort out everything and moved...

We stayed here one long weekend holiday and all the tagaytay hotels I would normally prefer were all booked. For its price of Php1,500 a night I am not going to complain about the average experience. It is nice that an ala carte breakfast for two is already included on that price but then again since the pay is minimal,...

We had a little trouble looking for the place. Waze app showed that we're on the destination but not. We booked through agoda and the hotel mobile number registered was a wrong number! The hotel was located not far from the Bahay Pastulan. It was a small hotel, rooms were made from container vans that makes us interested. Receptionist accommodated...
