Our trip to Tagaytay was spur of the moment so we had no reservations. We decided to book in Tagaytay Haven after scouting around a dozen hotels in Tagaytay because of the price. We just added P300 so our two children will have have breakfast. Payment was cash basis only. The location was good because it is beside the highway...

The place is beautiful, especially the jacuzzi. The staff were very nice! I almost lost my watch (last october 2016) and they did their uttermost best to help me! They offered to review the cctv, and investigated well. They didn't hesitate to ask the one who kept the watch. Security was nice.

The first time I saw the hotel I was amazed because it's better than what I expected. It has a nice garden view and lobby area they also have function hall. Upon check- in we had a hard time because the receptionist doesn't accept our voucher. She insists that the payment should be 6,000 for 3 rooms instead of 4,680.00...

Very affordable and the room was good. AMENITIES: Pool is clean. The first time I visited here, there was a videoke free of use but during my 2nd visit, they don't have it...

if you are just planning for a staycation without much activity, this one will work. I particularly liked the container van rooms that looked so nice inside and out that cost Php 1500/night with twin bed, with AC, TV cold/hot shower and breakfast. They have that cute pool but I'm not sure if it's warm or cold 'cause I did...

Really nice place and nice garden. The rooms are less maintained, but the service we got was good. The breakfast was a choice between two meals but difficult to get just black coffee. The pool was clean, like the garden which made it very relaxing to be there in the evening. We needed room service a few times but the...

A very memorable stay. Everything from the view, room, facilities, services and free breakfast is fascinating except maybe the location, wherein you need to ride a tricycle and pay special fee just to go to here because only tricycles and private cars are allowed to pass the Ulat Road, but still this hotel is highly recommended.
