This place was a revelation. For the price we paid, everything was worth it. I was with my wife, our 4-month old baby daughter and her yaya. We pre-booked for 2 nights in the Family Room that has direct access to the veranda overlooking the lake. Although the room had its own patio, we still wanted to try the room...

We checked-in at 3pm after arriving from a 6.5-hr Mount Batulao hike on March 11, 2017. I approached the front desk and received no greetings from them, no hi, hello, good afternoon! I was the first to strike a coversation! We we're so thirsty upon arriving and they gave us 1 glass each of their free welcome drinks. That was...

This place has character! It is our second time checkin in this bnb. My favorite is the bed with the drapes. Overall feel of the room is rustic..perfect for a lovely quiet night. The room comes with free breakfast, food was okay nothing outstanding but I did enjoy eating out overlooking taal. Room choices can either have a balcony or...

If you are looking for hotel overlooking taal lake, this place is very good. The ambiance is rustic and serene. Service is okay. It seems that locals here in Tagaytay are really nice. This is a perfect choice if you want to escape the buzz of the metro.

We probably expected too much. We thought the price will be worth the travel. Aircon took the following day to be really cold. Internet signal was from weak to non signal. Seems the small bandwidth was already taken up by the all staff. We were told that the Balcony rooms really have weak signal. The site does not say that....

We had the balcony room and the view was great. The place is cozy, there is cable tv and hot shower is working. The only downside is their wifi is non existent. I was able to connect but nothing happened. The room smells nice and the sheets are clean. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good. Very beautiful view of Taal volcano on all rooms. Very romantic to stay at the garden and stargaze at night. Bad. Though the hotel provides OFF lotion for guests, it is also a bad sign that there are mosquitos and insects within the vicinity. True enough, mosquitos and bugs started to bother us at night. Another thing, an hour...

Planned a weekend trip for my birthday with the family, which also happened to be Chinese New Year, so traffic was horrible. Fortunately, the bed and breakfast is just right along the central area so we didn't have a hard time looking for a place to have dinner when we missed our original reservation. Parking is tight even for checked...

This is our second time walking in for brunch at Joaquin's. this came to mind because we were looking for a quiet place with a view of the lake and Taal volcano. Parking is still free, and the outdoor seating still gives that great view. We had the place pretty much to ourselves on a Sunday morning so that was...
