It was easy finding this hotel since the place "Magallanes Square" is a landmark with convenience store, restaurant, bank, etc. Hotel main entrance is at the back but one can still pass through the "square's" front entrance to get to the hotel. If you're taking the bus from Manila, just tell the driver that you will alight in Magallanes. It...

This hotel is very accessible even when just commuting. Buses usually stop at Magallanes so you won't have any problem going here. :) Restaurants are right in front and there's a 7 Eleven nearby so if you forgot something, you can easily get it outside. The hotel room is spacious, clean and complete with soap, shampoo, coffee, mineral water and...

It was my first time in Tagaytay and along with friends, we had brunch at Josephine's. After brunch and since it was a weekend, I thought why not spend the night here. So, along with my friend, we searched for a hotel. After three attempts, we found Magallanes. The location is excellent. It has several commercial establishments in the building...

We stayed in a family room for four from 30Dec-1Jan. Since we were five, had to pay per day extra bed w/ breakfast. Again paid extra, with our stay falling on holidays. WiFi in the room was intermittent and was better in the common area. Buffet breakfast was included in our package . The hotel is a little bit old...

The hotel is located in Magallanes avenue. One jeepney ride with Nasugbu/Crossing/Mendez signage from Tagaytay rotonda (P8.00). Location 1. The place is along the highway which is passed directly by public transportation. 2. Placed against the lake side so no overlooking view. 3. Lots of restaurants and stores just below the hotel. Leslies, 711, Starbucks, souvenir shops, etc.. Room (Executive)...

Used a voucher from Ensogo. The room was okay. But they ran out of queen sized beds so they put two single beds together. It was clean and there was cable. Wifi didnt reach the rooms tho. There's a 7/11 outside so thats accessible. Also you just need to cross the main road to get to a Starbucks which is...

My partner and I went to Tagaytay to celebrate our 1st year anniversary, and as I was looking for some place to stay, I saw their promo in Ensogo. Before I did purchase the voucher, I searched for their reviews first and the reviews are very overwhelming. The experience is great. Nice staff, good food (free breakfast for 2), clean...

Rooms are neat but quite noisy especially when the function rooms are rented by children who go on retreats. Noise from outside vehicles can be heard also from rooms. On the brighter side, the whole vicinity is clean and they serve good tasting breakfast. By the way, it's cheaper if you go on direct booking at the hotel and avail...

My partner and I commuted from Santa Rosa, Laguna to Tagaytay last weekend. The hotel wasn't really hard to find and the receptionist who promptly answers my text messages responded with directions on how to get there. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze because within 5 minutes, we were already in the room. Since I check Trip Advisor regularly...

It's just a co-incidence to know Magallanes Square Hotel because it was the last sort on our list to stay. What we didn't know that this hidden hotel have more than meets the eye. Yes, it's true. Once you enter to their cozy lobby, their friendly receptionist will assist and offer you their best value room and will explain everything...
