So its the midweek stressed and a spur of the momment kind of thing. . . Payday is still a long day to go and the holiday just passed. Called on sick for 2 days and headed to Tagaytay to destressed and unwind. It was late in the afternoon when we reached Tagaytay caught in traffick and tired already from... More

The hotel itself is a bit old and does not have an elevator. The rooms are simple and basic. But the best thing I can say about this hotel are the polite, attentive staff. They keep the place clean and well-maintained.

It's our second time to stay in New Orleans. It is, by far the cheapest hotel in the area. We stayed at a non-aircon room since it's a bit cold in Tagaytay. I suggest you take one of the rooms facing the higway/Taal. It's a bit creepy on one of the rooms facing the hospital. It has an additional charge... More

Nothing special about the hotel. I did a last minute booking for a weekend getaway and looked for an affordable place to stay in Tagaytay. The hotel is easy to find, which is near Rotonda. I booked the Petit Room, which is 1500 Php per night. They were renovating the stairs and the workers were not mindful of the guests... More

My husband and I stayed here before a year ago and it was great then. It's not as good now. We checked in in the afternoon. The staff are amazing: friendly, courteous, and warm. It didn't matter whether we were just passing through or coming in from outside: they never failed to hold the door open for us, greet us,... More

The New Orleans is well located near great restaurants and coffee shops. For 1300 php we got a nice clean room with bath/shower. It didn't have hot water but the price was right. More expensive rooms do have it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed there for one day, as we were only in Tagaytay for business reasons and needed to be back in Manila by the day after. We stayed there May of this year. We had originally planned on staying at the Overlook Inn which is right across from New Orleans Auberge, as I had stayed at the... More

The place is situated in Tagaytay's center, right smack in the rotonda, and a walk away from 7-11, so access to dining and shops are easy. We stayed there to spend the night as we wanted to get to calaruega early. We could have opted to stay at MC Mountain, but wanted to try this budget hotel. We had the... More

Stayed here in the summer of 2010 and we had a hard time looking for a decent no frills hotel that's not so expensive. Compared to other budget hotels, their price is lower and the hotel was clean so we decided to go with New Orleans...and thank God I did. They were very accommodating, all our requests are met. The... More
