Well this is the perfect time to say ,Never judge a book by its cover. On the outside it looks OK, even the foyer, looks good with its hand carved furniture, but that's where it stops. First of all, the staff, when we arrived, there were 3 girls, all watching TV. My partner had to say something to stop them...

Better than staying on a waiting shed though. We've got a cheap executive room with a working aircon, two econo-beds, a working TV sets and a small snack table, for me and my wife and our two grandsons. Other than these, rest were all eye-sores with the toilet as the most DISGUSTING and UNCOMFORT ROOM on such pre-paid "Executive termed...

This place should be renamed The Cockroach Inn. Absolutely the worst place We have ever stayed. Words alone cannot discribe how filthy this place is. It should be boarded up and demolished. Costomer service is totally lacking. The girl at the front desk was more concerned with reading and replying to text messages on her phone than registering or assisting...

As would be travellers, my family has tried several low cost inns from different parts of the country. And this is by far the worst we went to. Their rooms are very dirty, bathroom floors have molds and stinks, and the water is brown colored. Filthy would be an understatement. My daughter had several insect bites on her face on...

I rarely post negative feedback on establishments I've been to. But I felt like I need to warn people from this inn. People, stay away from this tourist inn! I'll break it down for you: 1. The hotel is infested with mosquitoes. 2. The receptionists and service crew were not very friendly. When we reported about the broken light in...

We stayed at the Sampaguita inn in Magsaysay. Looks like it was just newly opened. The rooms range from 600php and up. We had a double room w/ ac, hot shower & balcony for only 750php ($16-$18/night). Please note that towel/s are not included. They have towel/s available but they would require a 100php deposit per towel. They provided soap...

Location: almost along Magsaysay Avenue. Near many restaurants and convenient stores. Room: stayed in room 201. Basic room. Clean but infested with mosquitoes. Got rid of at least 50 mosquitoes overnight and I'm not making this up. Can hear noises outside the room. For a few bucks, better book upper floors Washroom: Also infested with mosquitoes. With working water heater....
