The place for buffet is disappointingly small, messy and crowded. We literally waited for hours just to be able to sit. Poor assistance from the staffs as well. Disappointing for a 250-300 worth lunch buffet 😡

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The room we got is clean, secured, and quiet so we had a good sleep. Basic room amenities such as tv, air-conditioning, wi-fi, and bathroom shower & heater are working fine. In the morning, we availed of their breakfast buffet which costs 200 per person, if my memory serves me right. The...

This hotel is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. Initially the room provided us had shower that was not working. They gave us another room. The new room also had low water pressure causing long duration for rinsing. The water heater was tempermental and not consistent. The bed was adequate. The towel provided was torn. In summary I would...

Firstly, the four of us were given two towels, and when I asked for two more so the kids could shower, I was told "we don't have any, it's Sunday and it rained!" I asked for them nicely and was given two blankets, apparently they'll do! Eventually they found some. Then, no beer but relatively nice room service that took...

We did not spend our night in the Airport Hotel but we did enjoyed their Buffet Breakfast. At Php199 / person it was worth the deal. They have rice, pasta and viands, they have bread with spreads and kakanins. Coffee, tea and juices. The ambiance was not so hotelly but quite nice with their Filipino inspired designs.

My girlfriend and I stayed here after an absolute nightmare of a day where two flights of ours were delayed due to bad weather. Legazpi Airport closes its doors at about 9pm so we had all our luggage in tow with nowhere to go. Luckily the hotel is on the other side of the car park, so we went in...

want to get an unlimited view of mayon without getting the feeling of being late for your flight? just 50 meters away, this hotel will definitely give you the security that you're always on time. no need to web check in. their breakfast buffet is also a bonus. it has all the basics you need in a 3-star hotel.

Hotel is quiet far from the Legazpi Port. I would recommend to book if you have early morning flight. Tricycle normally charge 70 Peso to go to Bicol University (depends on time and driver, at night they normally charged double). There is a cafeteria outside and food was average (rice with egg and meat =100Peso, coffee=20peso)

It's a pretty basic hotel, as far as hotel goes, but the view of Mayon Volcano is just spectacular, moreso in the early morning. Don't forget to avail of their breakfast buffet. Don't miss sampling their hot chocolate too!

“Get a room facing the airport tarmac. So you see the jets land with the Mayon volcano as the back drop. Try to book months in advance because the place fills up pretty fast. Especially during the festivals and holiday season in Legazpi.”
