A hoqwqqwq3stel..a nice place to stay for business and also for backpackers. Room is spacious and clean. Strict security. Nice view of Mayon when you wake up in the morning and there's the 4th floor to enjoy the scenery and the cool breeze of the wind.

It was more than I expected. spacious, old but clean. Accessible to transportation and near restaurants. Just dont expect much of the free breakfast, its just jollibee (fastfood) breakfast meal. I suggest you head to a nice restaurant for a nice breakfast.

Good location for a view on the mount mayon. The building felt very nice as it is an spacious vibe. Finally a hot shower. Yes😀 Good price. Nice manager but the boy was very rude. This behaviour he can do somewhere else but not to 'his" guests.

Budget friendly inn. Location is A okay as its in the city proper and easy access to transportation to any of the tourist spots ie cagsawa ruins (one jeepney ride), camalig's very own chocolate hills, Daraga Church and a lot more. This a basic inn. Only 1 staff who can assist you in limited hours. Breakfast is Jollibee breakfast meals....

If you are on a budget and just looking for a place to sleep with no expectations of any kind of luxury. this is the place. I think its actually nice that they serve jollibee for breakfast for a very low room rate you wouldn't expect you still get breakfast. We booked 2nights, chose this room because we will be...

Security is very good since they use fingerprint scan system on their gate/entrance. However, breakfast they served were from fastfood (jollibee) but It's free, already included in the rate. No service water, you will bring your own. It's nice for those who want an independent stay. It is more likely same with apartment, not an hotel.

We stayed on this Hotel last March 17, 2016 with my office mates. We were put on 2nd floor "B" room. It was like a family room that can accommodate 4 persons. The room was spacious and clean. The boy who assisted us during our stay was good and polite, same with the Manager (which you cannot guess the manager...

There is no staff to talk to whenever you need something! You are actually on your own! All the amenities as promised upon inquiry thru phone were invisible! No wifi, no staff, no view of the mayon volcano! Find a new hotel folks! You will be disappointed!

Mayon from our room and it's so nice to see the Mayon,,one of the beautiful creatures of GOD. The staff were so friendly and nice you can...

Much of what their website says they offer, they don't. No transportation. No facility in the "condotel" kitchen except for a cold water faucet and sink. No fridge. No microwave. No stove. No plates, utenstils, pots, etc...cabinets are empty. No view of Mayon from my room. No staff to answer questions or help (the office is almost always locked up...
