I've stayed here twice, the last time in September. It's not for budget travelers but it's worth the price. Rooms, service and pool are excellent, especially for that price. The only thing is that the hotel is quite far from the town center, a good 20-25 minutes walk to the night market and another half hour to Samila Beach. As...

After two nights in the Green World Palace for a midweek business trip, it is fair to say this hotel is good value. BUT.......be aware, only a few of the staff speak English. Their English is better than my Thai so I shouldn't complain. I ordered room service one evening and after 10 minutes trying to explain my order on...

Rooms are ok if you get lucky to stay at the second floor. Can be noisy at night and has no gym. Staff does not speak much English and restaurant is OK- with a karaoke show going on every night. Breakfast buffet is goid and has variety of choices from noodles to fruit and omelette station.

I have spent several business related trips staying at this hotel. My most recent experience put the lid on it - I will not be staying again. My room was dirty with what looked like blood spatters on the shower curtain. The bathroom had no mirror. The bathroom door was filthy. Eggs at breakfast were cold. Service in the dining...

On my driving holidays from Malaysia into Thailand I much prefer to stay in Songkla rather than Hat Yai. Hat Yai is bustling, noisy and the sex trade is much more overt while Songkla is quiet and easier to navigate. I normally stay for one night only so I prefer a downtown hotel, close to the restaurants and away from...

Whoever called this a cockroach hotel was right. This is also not the place you want to be if you wish for any sleep at all. There are people singing karaoke late in the night so awfully that even earplugs can't block out the din. No one picks up when you call the reception. And when you finally get someone...

Reasonable price. Breakfasts were ok. Ok place to stay as I was on business. Staff did not seem overly helpful but may have been due to language. Don't think I would take my family here as there did not seem much to do locally.

Stayed for a week for business. Far from the beach or any reputable shops/ amenities/ attractions. Cockroaches in the room. For WiFi, you need a new voucher/ticket for several sessions. Breakfast was so-so. There's a pool at level 5 but seems to be under-used. Hotel has a car to take you to places if you need to but plan early...
