We spent three amazing days at Argovia! The cabin was excellent with nice hot showers and in the middle of the beautiful nature - we could have stayed here forever! Especially with the coffee machine in the room (with good coffee from the farm). The staff was extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant was exceptionally good (and not...

We stayed two days at this beautiful resort. It was very peaceful and quiet. Walking back to our casita at night with the torches lit and the animals singing was quite beautiful! We had a great coffee tour provided by Alan that was extremely interesting. The drive there was quite an experience because map quest led us wrong. If you...

This is my 2nd time in Argovia and I have traveled across Mexico, Central and South America and Argovia is always a very special place. At Argovia, there is always something new to discover. The accommodations are of the highest quality and the ecotourism experience is incredible. The views are amazing from anywhere in the property. For any coffee aficionado,...

I visited Argovia Finca Resort as part of a work trip with several colleagues. We all loved so much about the resort and it was the perfect place to relax in any way we chose. Some of us hiked, others swam in the pool - we all enjoyed the beautiful views from every accommodation. Staff was more than gracious with...

The coffee processing plant is still functioning with the same machinnery brought by German immigrants over a hundred years ago and the hotel...

I've traveled in all levels of ecotourism throughout Central America, and Argovia was extremely special. For those visiting Chiapas or Guatemala this resort is an outstanding choice for highest quality accommodations and ecotourism. It's about 5 hours from San Cristobal and Xela. An easy and more economical way to arrive in Mexico is to take an ADO bus to the...

We arrived on the Norwegian Jewel and were on an arranged tour and were nine people in a small comfortable van, driven by Samuel and with our guide Allan we drove through Tapachula up into the mountains. There had been torrential rain the previous evening and the roads were quite rough, but we were soon at Argovia and were met...

We had a perfect weekend here. The accommodations are superior. We had a big cabin with a wrap around porch. Enjoyed the best thunder and lightening show we have ever seen! They served us iced coffee upon arrival , and delivered breakfast to our porch when it was raining. Pretty birds all along the hiking trail. This was the best...

It has been our list of things to do - to visit the jungle - for years. We were delighted with our stay at Argovia. We stayed in one of the cabins with a private porch. We enjoyed just sitting and listening to the sounds of the jungle - crickets and birds. Other reviews that reported the food as being...

My husband and I too took a day trip to the Coffee Plantation from a cruise ship, and had a grand time enjoying the sights and hospitality. We are serious coffee drinkers and bought 2 lbs of the organically grown Argovia dark roast beans. We are just about out and want to order more...please tell me how I can. Looking...
