There is easy access to the ocean through what appears to be private property, but it is not really a great place to swim. The pool and restaurant are immaculate, Very friendly and earnest staff who inexplicably forget things like utensils at dinner and soap in the bath, so it seemed,Ike we were always needing something, and my Spanish is pathetic. Then, the hot water stopped working during our visit so we had cold showers and their explanation was way outside my ability to comprehend. Whatever. Hot water is kind of a basic amenity. In fairness, the only one with a smoothly working shower was the Radisson in downtown Santo Domingo, but oasi encantada was the most expensive even if a bargain compared to U.S.A. Prices.…
Hotel is New. Great pool, great rooms, amazing room views. The food is delicious. Everything is clean and well organized. Stuff is super friendly, service is great. The perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty of the South DR. Will definitely come back to enjoy that pool again.
