I usually stay at Terra Linda but thought I'd try a cheaper place. Loved every minute of it. Staff was nice, room was clean, and the WiFi was strong. I had absolutely no issues during my eight days there.

Ok a little history, I've been to Sosua five times, I've stayed at other hotels in the area. Those hotels were decent, but every time I stayed, I wished I would have just resorted back to my ol faithful (New Garden). Overall New Garden wins with peace of mind amenities and the DR experience. Like other reviewers you should not...

Dear customer, has already said everything her: the hotel is good but it is not a five-star (and, in any case, nowhere is it written that we are a five-star). Thank you, see you soon.

Breakfast service was good. Service at lunch & dinner was non-existent. Lunch and dinner quality was mediocre. One night I walked out because I was tired of waiting for my order to be taken. Internet signal in my room was so weak that I couldn't send or receive emails. I had to go outside to do anything via Internet. The...

Dear Sir, I say now to what he has probably written without thinking. The hotel and the restaurant, are two distinct things: between the two structures there is an agreement so hotel guests have breakfast in the restaurant. As for the food, she obviously is not accustomed to the kitchen of a certain level: the quality of our products is...

I stayed at New Garden in March 2016 for one week. I'd would absolutely go back, the staff at this hotel were amazing. This is not a luxury resort but they don't charge resort prices. If you're looking for a clean hotel that's a good value for the money, this is a good option. Pros: Inexpensive. Very good restaurant (good...

Thanks for the nice words said towards our hotel and our staff. Unfortunately, the problem of noise is caused by traffic: finding the hotel very centrally located, adjacent to the road is very busy.

Not a bad place for a first time visitor. It fits the purpose adequately. But don't expect 5 star treatment at this place. The location is good not far from the action. The food is not bad but not cheap for Dominican Standards. Not a family place. This is more of a men's getaway kind of place.

Our hotel, not born to offer Dominican standards but caters to an international clientele. The location, the services we offer and location, have a cost. Our prices are in line with those of all the hotels in the area. So we invested, without any problem, couples and families can say that it is a otel for singles is false.

Love this hotel, but I love the staff even more....they take care of me like family when I stay there. The location is perfect, the security is top notch, and the food is awesome. My only issue is the beds could be better, but it's not that bad.

Dear customer, we are very happy that she is on right in our hotel and that you consider us as a family. As you know, our hotel can be divided into three parts: an apart hotel and a new part as a part a little pù old. She probably stayed in this wing of the hotel and that is why...

I was only there for brief time in-between trips. I had a room close to the restraunt and that made the morning difficult for sleeping in. I brought the issue to the front desk and was given the first room available on the new side.(across the street). I can’t say enough about the staff. They’re helpful and pleasant. They seem to...

Staff are friendly, facilities clean, pool cold but refreshing. Breakfast is great, with a lot of variety and big helpings, including bacon and eggs, french toast, pancakes, excellent coffee. Seafood pasta at dinner however was mostly shells. Clubhouse was good though. There are passable girls onsite to help you deal with sexual frustration if you can spare $80 USD. Wifi...

Dear customer. First, thank you for having stayed at our hotel. We would like, now, to analyze the problems encountered: 1) The hotel pool is open so water is subject to the outside temperature. I do not think that in any hotel in the area there are outdoor pools with water heated. 2) We do not understand how he can...

The new part where I stayed was nice. I was on the front where there is plenty to see and very busy at all times. It is not on the beach, it is in town but it is walking distance. Like everywhere in Sosua lots of girls everywhere, but they don't bother you. At a push I would stay there...

My first time to the area I didn't know what to expect. The e-mail correspondence I had with the person to book the hotel was light and you could tell they had a very chill vibe. I figured if they were like this via e-mail I'll give it a shot. I'm glad I did...I love this place. The rooms were...
