Currently sitting in the airport lounge, working out logistics of how soon we can return! We stayed in a pool villa, complete privacy is guaranteed, so if you want to go skinny dipping at midnight, no one knows. Room was of a very generous size, scrupulously clean, water and fresh fruit delivered daily. The outdoor bathroom with walk in shower...

This resort is ideally positioned. A long beach, local early morning fish landings, temples close by and the busy but charming town of Alleppy. The resort which sports Eco credentials needs sprucing up in several areas. There are too many obstacles to watch out for when walking in the large area close to the beach. It looks uncared for. There...

We stayed here for four nights and it was a really lovely way to end our holiday. The villa we stayed in was excellent and I especially liked the outside bathroom. It was lovely being able to hear the birds busy 'talking' to each other outside while I was showering. Food was excellent and varied. Every afternoon at about 3.30...

The Marari Beach Resort is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery and with a concept of sustainable tourism. Is a quiet place, really peaceful and relaxing... The cottages are very big, cleaned and essentials but comfortable, more than other 5 stars hotels we visited before. The cuisine is healthy with a concept of km 0, I appreciated a lot, the...

Our final few days were spent at the Marari Beach Hotel, south of Kochi. The accommodation is first class, the food is good, the staff are all helpful but there were occasions when you realised that the service was not up to that of a comparable hotel in Europe or the USA. Not that they didn’t try---they hadn’t been properly...

No visit to Kerala is complete for us without a stay at Marari. We have been frequent visitors and always look forward to our next visit. The unhurried air & unobtrusive organisation quickly allow you to relax & distress. Discretion & privacy are the order of the day, with social meetings at the teacart, the large and beautiful pool and...

Good accommodation, good service, pleasant surroundings. Good to see fruit and vegetables growing in their own gardens. Pleasant, modern accommodation with constant hot water. Pleasant restaurant, and good shop. On the down side, there was noise from the village mosque, temple and church from 5am onwards on the four nights we were there. OK if you like to get up...

A lovely experience. A large beautifully maintained site by the beach with around 50 spacious bungalows - including well designed semi outdoor showers. We stayed 2 nights before travelling home. Service was generally very good but although Food at the restaurant was very good, service was patchy and prices almost double what we've paid during our two week journey around...

Beautiful village -style resort with thatched cottages. We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the relaxed pace of life after the rather hectic 2 weeks we had spent touring through Kerala. Seafood restaurant was superb -compliments to the chef. We ended up dining there every night. Went to the farm kitchen cookery night which was really enjoyable- again...

Since 2003 we are spending our winter holiday in South India and mostly at CGHEarth properties. They are eco-friendly,charming,perfectly maintained and have a staff of excellence. After a very enjoyable stay at Palais de Mahé in Pondicherry ( 9/12/2016 - 22/1/2017) we came back to Marari Beach Resort where we had stayed 3 weeks in january ( 3/1-23/1/2016) for another...
