The premier inn wateringbury is a great stop over from Dover etc really clean, quiet and a wonderful nights sleep. Always book your evening meal in the Wateringbuy pub next if your don't want to leave the site but after arriving after a long journey they could not accomodate us, but boy were we glad the reception then recommended the...

Stayed here for a family birthday. Staff were helpful and welcoming, our room was on the second floor and overlooked a courtyard. The bathroom had a very damp smell to it however we weren't going to be there long so we didn't bother changing rooms, i feel confident that had we complained we would have been given another room. The...

Premier Inn of a decent standard, very comfortable, well presented room/s. Would recommend pre-booking dinner reservation at next door Chef & Brewer....seemed busy with a room reserved for a private party (which seemingly never happened??) squeezing everyone else into remaining space. Food good of usual C&B standard and staff helpful at dinner. 3am fire alarm I guess was nobody's fault...

We were greeted by two reception staff who were cheerful and welcoming, there was a a floor fan operating in the room as it was very hot in there. My wife requested a second fan and it was supplied on request, the heat in the room was rather uncomfortable, perhaps the powers that be should invest in air conditioning. That...

My partner and I have stayed at this Inn before and have always found it to be very welcoming, the staff are very helpful at all times and we are likely to visit there again as most of my relatives live within a ten mile radios of this location.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn numerous times and find that it is very good. The front desk staff are exceptional and very friendly. They always welcome me in a lovely friendly manner and make me feel at home from home. They really seem to care about their role as the face of the hotel and are a real...

My family and I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was not worth £8.99 for a full breakfast especially as we were vegetarian. The first receptionist we met was extremely friendly and informative. Whilst another could hardly break into a smile! Wi-fi was extremely poor in the family room . You...

We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night weekend stay, A friendly welcome from the manager and staff who all went out of their way at all times to ensure a good experience. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh., The bathroom again was spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent, the only minor criticism was the very slow dribble of water...

Room was lovely, comfy bed, clean, bathroom was spacious, shower was warm but not hot enough for me personally, could of done with air conditioning as the room was very warm and we had to leave the window open at night which meant we had noise from the traffic, all in all a pleasant stay.

Booked another PI for a trip to Kent, as usual was not disappointed. Excellent staff and room that has been recently upgraded, superb. The best news for fellow travellers though is that the twin room now has two Hipnos single beds in it!! Good continental breakfast in attached restaurant as usual.
